Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson

My wife & I stopped by the north myrtle beach harley Davidson shop today to ask for some assistance on removing the rider back support on our 20 008 ultra classic. don’t laugh if you’ve never done it it’s not easy. Craig in the service department went above & beyond my expectations in showing me how to do the job. then they mentioned what all is involved when a 5,000 mile service is performed even explaining in detail what always get done. again going above my expectations. I would highly recommend you to go there & see Craig or Michael in the service department I’ve never seen two guys that weren’t concerned about time but were focusing on my questions & went above and beyond for the service department of which they represent. if I had to rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 they would get a 10 + from me.

I went in to Harley Davidson just to see what they had i had no intentions on buying anything that day since it has been so long since i last rode. I fell in LOVE with a couple of bikes one of them I ended up buying that day because i knew it wouldn’t be there long Great Price i scored on my first Harley xl1200c awesome handling and I am signed up for the riding course that they offer there since it’s been awhile on my riding. My wife and I was treated very good, nice staff on hand no problems what so ever, a very joyful experience. Thanks Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson!!!

We’ve been coming to Myrtle for over 20 years and used to look forward to multiple stops at the Harley shop, but they have really went down hill in the last few years, to the point, I don’t care to ever stop in again. Our dismay started when we attempted to enter the building, only to have the door swing open and a «salesman» (I use that term lightly) by the name of Juan exit, and close the door in our faces! How rude! From there it didn’t get any better, I usually pick up a shirt or sweat shirt every trip, but the last few years their selection has been terrible, with this year no exception! Went over to browse at the bikes, only to have Juan walk by not once but twice, and still never acknowledge us. Seems like the staff changes all the time. Therefore, no selection of apparel, Juan is rude… good thing people love HD or they’d been out of business along time ago.

Looked into buying a bike there, but Bubba the sales manager was such a jerk, I went elsewhere. Pushy guy, high prices, no thanks.

I was t shirt shopping, didn’t get a bike from here. The sales staff was very friendly and very friendly. I would go back again. Nice selection of clothes.
