Great service from walking in the door to getting the check. Food was fast and hot, not to mention delicious! Definitely recommend the Pan American Omelet with pancakes.

I have visited many times, and food is excellent. Pancakes, eggs and Canadian bacon are excellent. Serving portions are great as well. Prices can’t be beat.

I dinged this one belly(star) because, in my opinion, a good pancake does not need syrup. Without syrup, they were a little dry, despite a massive amount of butter. After adding syrup, the pancakes were great. The corned beef hash & cheese omelet was FANTASTIC. The service and friendly atmosphere was 2nd to none. I WILL be back!

Just awful. Took about a half hour to be seated even though there were only a few people on line ahead of us and at one point I saw 15 open tables. Staff was completely disorganized, and during our wait another line formed all the way to the back of the restaurant — this line was all the people waiting to pay but having issues because every bill was wrong. Seriously, one after another. I’ve never seen anything like it. My husband wanted to leave right off the bat but I convinced him to stay because I was starving and knew it would be a long wait anywhere else. I should have listened… We were finally seated in a booth with lumpy seats and flies in the windowsill. The waitress was very nice and apologized for the wait even though it was not her fault. The food came out in a decent amount of time however my husband found it completely inedible. He attempted to take a forkful of egg and the thing just turned into a watery puddle all over the plate. He couldn’t even look at it and had to cover it up with napkins. He tried to take a bite of the pancakes too but said that they tasted rubbery, as if they had just been reheated in a microwave. I ordered bacon and egg on toast and ate about half of it. It just had no flavor and again the eggs seemed watery and kept falling out all over the place. The only positive thing I can say about this place was the waitress, however we will not be going back and advise others to try somewhere else.

I could not even rate this place. Need to take omelet off the menu. Food was horrible, front manager rude. Holding a conversion with non guest vs. attending to paying guest. Did not even ask how was my visit or the food. Waitress coughing without covering mouth.

My husband and I always have this restaurant on the top of our list when we are in Myrtle Beach. When we walk in the door the owners greet us with a big smile and make us feel at home. We love the French toast — it melts in your mouth. Oh so yummy!!! They have the best cheese burgers and fries in town. The wait staff is quick to serve and always smiling. We definitely give it 5 stars!!! Great job Pan American!!!

It’s a pretty good breakfast joint. Been coming here for years. I like the steak sandwich best of all I think. The waffles are good too. Nice late night meal or early morning breakfast.

I got the cheese omelet with hash browns. It was ok, I don’t see myself coming here again. The coffee was not good and def not fresh.

Manager was rude and impatient. Found hair in my food and received no discount. The silver lining is the Russian/Ukraine waitress has a nice ass

The pancakes are astounding. During our beach trip my boyfriend and I wanted to go to Waffle House, but they were PACKED… and come on. It’s the Waffle House. So we went to this pancake house just on a whim, and it was a good decision. Everything seemed really old… because it probably is… but the hostesses and waitresses were super attentive and nice. The orange juice was $ 2 for 12oz which… I mean, wasn’t bad, but I still want more orange juice you know? I got the omelette and pancakes, my buttermilk pancakes were better than any IHOP/Waffle House pancakes I’ve ever had. Probably even better than most homemade pancakes I’ve had. The omelette however… kind of blech. I got the veggie omelette with not tomatoes. The egg seemed undercooked. Like it was the last thing they made and wanted to get it out to is quickly – which I appreciate, because they did have fast service – but i wanted to enjoy my omelette… it tasted gooey and just… eh. Too many mushrooms, not enough cheese… I would just avoid it. My boyfriend got the Ham and Cheese Wrap. He said it was pretty good.(It was a bit drippy though! Eat it over your plate or a napkin) I would return here if given the chance. Very good pancakes. Very cozy place.

I went here instead of IHOP against my better judgement because I wanted to try some place new. The place had an odor and didn’t have a lot of patrons. I was seated and order a veggie omelet with pancakes. The pancakes made me feel like I was eating a sponge with no flavor. The omelet was so so, a little crispy on the edges, and I had to pick out the imitation cheese they used. Maybe I am just a picky eater but it was not a great experience. The waitress was very nice though. I just wouldn’t eat here again or recommend this restaurant either. I am not from SC and not very familiar with restaurants but you live and learn.

This place gets two stars because its the only place besides Denny’s and the Donut Man that’s open at 10 pm!!! Why this town shuts their food joints so early is beyond me. We wanted to eat somewhere that had pancakes and wasn’t part of chain. So we found ourselves here. The place has a feeling of being a bit past its prime. Which I wouldn’t mind so much if it weren’t for the cigarette smell. That just about kills any appetite. Our waitress was nice, but looked like she had lived a hard life and I can’t help but speculate she has a drug problem of some type because of her appearance and demeanor. The food was just so-so. If you’re hungry, you’re better off going to Denny’s. At least you know what to expect there. This was cheap food, but lacked any ambiance or sense of cleanliness. I should’ve listened to the Unilocal reviews before I came here. Hopefully, I can save you the trouble!
