This was the absolute most cluster F$&: in the entire 42 years I’ve been coming to MB. We got to play Laser Tag 2 times in 6 hours. No pizza on the buffet all day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I dropped nearly $ 200 for a joke!

Bought a groupon. Took the kids. They had unlimited laser tag and rock climbing wall. They had fun but the guns weren’t working 100% and the score screen is near impossible to read. No place to sit for the adults except one bench in the game room. The pizza buffet looked like just that…7 pizza and nothing more. We didn’t get the buffet. I just walked in and looked around. The game room had many games broken, off or out of tickets. The climbing area has a coat of dirt on top and I would imagine inside as well. I’m not impressed at all with the place. Seems like they will be closing soon at the rate of the deterioration.

Tried this place since it was one of the few pizza buffets around. I regret it. Place was dead on a Friday night and the pizza was just plain bad. Staff was very friendly but not enough to make up for the overpriced buffet.

Surf’s Up is back open and better than ever! T/hey run the unlimited pizza-drinks-laser tag deal for 3DAYSOUTOFTHEWEEKNOW! I swear if you guys don’t go and this place goes out of business again, I’ll never forgive you. Great fun for all ages.

first off, brad is clearly a paranoid complainer. i had a lot of fun here. they have a bar upstairs — always good for the adults. there is also a rock climbing wall and laser tag(which i totally kicked ass at). despite what people might think, arcades aren’t cheap, if you want to let your kids have a good time and do what they want you will end up spending money but that’s just the name of the game. when my niece comes to visit I’m definitely taking her here :-)

I took my nephew here today and was thoroughly dissapointed in every way. I spent $ 20 to play arcade games with Jake. We played maybe 7 games 4 of which malfunctioned or just didn’t work. The basketball game was broken on one side and gave that side’s player 3 points for every shot made while the other side only got two pointer’s no matter where the backboard was located. The Time Crisis 4 game played fine on one side but the blue gun always fired about 4 inches away from where you aimed. The steering wheel for the only side of tokyo drift racing that was turned on was very very loose and resulted in a impossible to play game and a waste of money. Jacob tried to play the sniper game but the crosshairs did not move when he moved the gun. The staff wanted to go around and test all of the games when I complained to make sure I wasn’t lying I guess. Idioits, and then told me they would refund what I’d spent on the malfunctioning games onto my game card. I said no i want my money back that I didn’t spend and they had the nerve to tell me the don’t «give out refunds». Oh, and to top it off the ticket counting machine didn’t work when Jake went to cash in the tickets we’d gotten. What a jip! Never ever go here to do anything! This is the slackest arcade in the country. Thanks for ruining my last day in Myrtle Beach with my nephew. actual rating –4 stars.
