Sprint and Radioshack. A great combo. I love this store and it has a great location. New help is great. Always have deals and a good atmosphere.

This is the worse Radio Shack ever. Rude u professional and there is one guy that does not even care that he is rude. I rather drive to Vineland location. Stay away!

I recently purchased a prepaid smartphone there and so far the two employees there have been extremely helpful with me. One of them actually stopped me from buying a $ 10SD card when I was having trouble transferring photos from my old phone, and found a way to transfer them without my having to spend any money. They were also very nice to me when my phone cover broke and the store in Glendale refused to grant me an exchange, even though the company’s refund policy allowed it.

I went to return a car charger that I paid WAY too much for, and completely, I mean completely fell apart after a couple months of use. The manager stated that I could send the charger to the manufacturer, but literally said to me that Radio Shack does not stand behind its products. I asked if I could quote him on that and he said rudely and flippantly sure. Enough said.

If at all possible, go somewhere else. The service is terrible, and the manager is incredibly rude. I tried buying a flash drive, it didnt work, and the manager gave me a hard time about it. Though he did issue a return, he refused to give me a copy of the receipt and was incredibly rude about it. Go somewhere else.

advertised a sale on the LG Optimus V of $ 129 and said it was an in-store only deal. I went to the store and they said ‘no it’s $ 149′. False advertisement? Or incompetence? I made a complaint through and was contacted by a rep who said ‘did you print out the web page?’ Why would I kill a tree for that? The rep went on to say there was nothing they could do. False advertisement? Or incompetence? Either way… I won’t bother to go to a Radio Shack store to take advantage of a in-store advertised special.

Needed a car charger for my cell phone, yeah I know it’s a drag. Do I go to Frye’s and deal with a million people or do I go to Best Buy and deal with that nightmare. I went to the«Shack» because they promise and do deliver. Yes I paid too much for my charger but who cares? I was in and out and I got one of the better Chinese made chargers(they all are Chinese made but some are actually better because not all buyers are the same). If you want to pop in and out, stop here because they will drop what they do and walk over to find the product for you instead of point you in the right direction.
