Got take-out. Queso spinache dip was basically mostly unmelted cheese on top of guacamole. And the dessert had a short black hair on the bottom of the ice cream. Of course I didn’t see it until I took a few bites, gross! This location is hit or miss. Today was a gross miss that will keep me from ordering here ever again :(

I’m not a big fan of chains and i will only go to one when I’m with someone who suggests it but I don’t mind chilis. They are always consistent. The food is decent and the price is right. They usually have great specials if you’re on a budget and the servers are usually upbeat and super friendly. I’m a creature of habit and usually always order the same thing. The southwestern eggrolls and a classic margarita are a– ok.

Tried to go there last night but it didn’t work out so well. We were sat down and our waitress introduced herself and told us she also had a partner helping. Got our drink orders and then came back and told us Brian would be taking our order. We sat there for around 20 minutes and were ignored. Clearly could tell this Brian was too worried about socializing with the other guests then to come take our order. After a couple looks at us from the original waitress she did nothing. We’d decided this guy wouldn’t be worth our time and walked out. Upon getting to car we looked inside and saw a manager right at our table which was by the window. Can only imagine what happened. Ended up down the road at chelos. Perhaps we’ll try again sometime.

I ordered takeout and got delivery through foodler from this Chilis. I ordered steak and shrimp fajitas for two with the side of rice and beans and instead was delivered stone cold chicken fajitas with no rice and beans. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I want to give a heads up that you might not get what you ordered and hence be overcharged. It’s pretty late so I feel like the staff doesn’t care to put in a bit of effort to get the last orders right and fresh. The cold part might have been the delivery but despite the foil the chicken was chilled all the way through.

The staff at this Chili’s cannot be beat! The manager and bartenders always go above and beyond to make sure that we know they recognize us. Service and environment make us keep coming back week after week. The Manager has personally come up to speak to us on several occasions and thank us for our frequent visits. It’s the little things that can make a chain restaurant one of your favorite spots to go :)

Nothing spectacular. Definitely consistent when you’re in between wanting food fast and comfort food. The servers are extremely nice and extremely attentive, they are definitely the best part of this experience!

Poor review for having to drive back after a 14 hour day at work. Basically made a Togo order and had onion rings as a side. It looks as though I had received fryer scraps instead of onion rings(see picture in photos). Seriously check out the photo. Who would be lazy enough to just dump scraps into a persons togo order? For whatever reason today was a rare day in which I would waste my time to complain. They provided a refund offered to remake my meal as well as the other orders I had placed but unfortunately time is irreplaceable and as such I am leaving 2 stars.

Always have a good time at Chilis. It’t not Five star dining, but its also not pretending to be. Everything is straight forward and delicious. Great for nights out with large groups when you don’t want a 500 $ bill but you do want a good time. Constant Margarita flow, which I enjoy greatly. Strawberry Margaritas YUM. Apps are always a favorite, especially when we come with friends. Fajitas are always a win. Great Servers and Bar Tenders at this location every time we’ve been. We’ll be back for sure!

In my entire lifetime, I’ve been to a Chili’s establishment approximately three times, plus one for carry-out. We normally go to the one on Bald Hill Road in Warwick, but my last Chili’s encounter was with the Collyer Street venue(right smack on the Providence/Pawtucket line.) Every time I’ve been to Chili’s for dinner, I have always been very satisfied with the ratio of food satisfaction to cost. I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal at Chili’s. Probably because they follow the guidelines of the chain, and the meals always come out the same. I’ve always gotten the fajitas at Chili’s, along with a margarita, and the food was always good. Note I am not crying Hallelujah because it is, after all, a chain food restaurant where nothing over the top or exciting is done to the food. However, the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, and their«specials» are quite plentiful. The portions are more than satisfactory and the drinks are always also good. So GOOD is the operative word here. If you are very hungry, and don’t have a ton of money to drop on lunch or dinner, Chili’s, in my mind, would be an excellent choice of restaurants for lunch or for dinner. My most recent experience has been with take-out from the Chili’s on Collyer, which is very close to where I work occasionally. The menu listed a quesadilla that sounded delicious but was made on a flour tortilla. Since I avoid gluten, I asked it the dish could be made using corn tortillas instead. Without blinking an eye, I was told«no problem»(and remember, this is a CHAIN!) — so with that, they’ve got my vote from now on. I will go back to Chili’s again and again, when not feeling like spending a ton of money, or just want a decent meal at a convenient location that I know is going to come out the same — ie, good — every time. I don’t think you can go wrong at this place if you are realistic and don’t think you are going to a five-star restaurant. Chili’s is damn fine.

Your experience is often a function of the server, and I get that some folks have had a bad experience here. I, on the other hand, eat here a couple of times a week at lunch and I’m rarely disappointed. I eat at the bar and I go when I know my favorite bartenders will be working. They always get my beverage and food orders right, and I love chatting with them about life and sports. It’s hard to overstate how this changes the experience of a place. I’m also very familiar with the menu and know how to work the system to wring the maximum value out of my visit. Go for lunch and you can pick from some very affordable luncheon specials that are easy on the budget. Get your lunch card punched five times and the sixth entry(up to $ 10) is free. This is pretty incredible when you consider that your five punches can be made up of six, seven and eight dollar specials. You also have to know what things a place like Chili’s does exceptionally well and which things are just average. It should be obvious that if you want the best steaks, you go to a steakhouse. If you want the best ribs, then it’s a ribhouse. While Chili’s will offer to sell you just about anything, that doesn’t mean it’s all equally good. Chili’s has some burgers that are absolutely fabulous. The southern smokehouse burger beats Burger King’s Double Whopper with cheese and bacon hands down. The beef is way better, as are the toppings, including the thick cut bacon and onion strings. And fries come with. And your tall Coors light draft special is only $ 3.29. When you consider the outstanding(free!) chips and salsa that come gratis, I don’t know what beats it. It would be nice if everything on the menu represented an equal value and was of equally high quality, but that’s rarely how it works in the real world. But with a little patience, trial and error, you might find that there’s a lot to like here.

A friend told me about their Monday All you can eat Fajitas for $ 12.99, so I decided to give it a try. Hey, I can EAT !! LOL. The service was poor. The waitress, even though nice and friendly, forgot our chips and guac order. We had to remind her… which she comped after apologizing for forgetting. The fajitas were actually very good. The steak was tender and well seasoned, the chicken strips were warm, not as good as the beef. Lots of green peppers and grilled onions if that makes you salivate. LOL. I had FOUR servings and it was satisfying. They come with warm tortillas, cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo. My BF got a rice/grilled chicken bowl and it was good, although some parts of the dish were really salty… like they did not sprinkle the salt evenly. Overall a decent meal adventure. Cheap and good. If you are not big into kids crying during dinner, ask for a table away from the family section, which in this restaurant was close to the window. We were seated there first, but asked to be moved after a few screaming incidents… :-( LOL…

Don’t order the chicken fajitas for take out! The chicken is not grilled it’s microwaved so it ends up rubbery! Mine wasn’t even cooked all the way through. I had a sticker on the container for a survey but my receipt didn’t have the access code I need to complete the survey! This is the second time the chicken was like that for take out, there will not be another time!

Very nice! We two persons ordered a super value dinner which is $ 20, then get a free appetizer, and a free dessert using a chili ‘s coupon ! All entrees are pretty good! Love it !

I live just past Hope St, so this location is close to me and I’d like to take advantage of the location and prior positive experience with the chain — but it really is about a 2 ½ star operation. Yes it has easy parking and a clean interior and fair menu. Unfortunately the food is mediorce. I went this past week because I was getting a flat tire fixed and needed to kill time close by. At other Chilis I had great ribs, soft, juicy — something that you savor and remember. So I gave a try with the split 2 combo deal with a salad. Poor. Dry, not at all succulent, no sauce with a poor salad. Prior time I gave it a shot I had a dinner salad deal — which was infinitely average and not at all repeatable. Wish it was better, but don’t think it is.

5 years ago my blind date took me here and a first date, I thought it was so weird to take a girl to chili’s. 5 Years later he’s my husband, SO I can’t possibly say anything bad about this location :)

My wife and I attend Chili’s(any Chili’s that is in the area we may be) on an annual basis to celebrate the day we started dating. It’s really cute(and sappy… and gross, I know) — we’ve done it for six years now. Why? Because our first date, of course, was at a Chili’s. And honestly, I wish I’d had the foresight to choose a better place. I mean, why on earth would somebody pass up a better quality, more affordable local establishment or family restaurant to have pricey subpar meals at a chain joint? Chili’s boasts one flavor and one flavor only — crap. And the service is typically what you’d expect from a national chain that treats their employees like garbage. Disenchanted, moody, unhelpful. And honestly, I don’t blame these kids. Yeah, we’ll continue to patronize this crappy place every September 24th until we die(or, hopefully much sooner, they go out of business)…but we will NOT enjoy it. I guarantee that.

Typically I’m not a fan of chain restaurants, but I really like this Chili’s location. You really can’t beat the price of the margaritas, and the best deal is on fajita-rita Monday. If you’re super low on funds, this is the place to go for a fun night out with friends. $ 3 margaritas, $ 3 bottomless chips, and HDTV’s to catch the game on… how could you go wrong?

I generally don’t like chains… but this one is ok – its hard to find good southwestern food(tex-mex)…i did like the triple meat fajitas and the southwestern egg rolls… My sisters love Chili’s so I guess I will still order from them… its generally reliable food…
