Taliesin Apartments is not an ideal place while the people are friendly the bottom line is this place is old and all the remodeling isn’t going to fix the fact that the air conditioner leaks and there are minor power outages throughout like the fridge and you call to get maintenance the song and dance continues… I’ve had enough it’s time to move!!!

I have lived here for close to a year and am about to sign another lease with them! The staff is super helpful and friendly, and maintenance issues are handles quickly. This was my first time renting in this area and I don’t think I could have picked a better place! Plus, who can beat all bills paid?!
