Excellent plumber, Jim has serviced our home for the past three years. He is respectful, timely, always goes the extra mile to help us out in a bind, offers options and tells us when a repair is urgent, and when it is optional. He also happens to be very good with children, who look forward to his visit. Jim has helped with our annual HVAC maintenance/​insulation, winterized a line for us, installed a faucet, and fixed our garbage disposal. I never feel like our job is rushed. I highly recommend him here and to all of my friends.

James goes the extra mile to work with customers and not oversell or oversize susyems, like so many other plumbing companies seem to do these days to pad their profits.
