Chicago Connection

Good fast food pizzas. The teenagers were happy and the food was quick to the table. Mixed thoughts on the bread sticks but I am picky and like them a paticular way. Tables are small if you get a larger pizza so be prepared

Chicago connection cost a little more then there competition but it’s worth it. They don’t skimp on there toppings and they use quality ingredients. They have a decent salad bar and really good ranch dressing. My only complaint would be that the inside is rundown. It would be nice if they remodeled the inside. Overall though it comes down to there food and there pizza is really good! I definitely recommend giving them a chance.

Just picked up two pizzas and when I got home the garlic cheese had all of the cheese on one side with quite a bit of it off of the pizza in the corner of the box. I called about it and was told by the manager it was taken out of the oven while hot and the garlic sauce is slick so that is why most of the cheese came off the pizza. The manager told me he would charge me to replace it! Took it back to show it to him. I handed the untouched pizza to the manager and asked him if this is what I am expected to pay for. The manager turned away from me, smirked, and helped another customer. Now I’m out the pizza I paid for!!! I have never in my life been treated like that. I have always been happy with their pizza and have never had this kind of problem with one of their pizzas in the past (by the way, the other pizza was perfect). I can’t believe they kept the pizza I paid for!!! Will NEVER return. Hope you don’t have a problem because the manager does not care about customers or his product.

I’m dumbfounded by the previous review… granted it was 5 years ago. We’ve had the opposite experience and love this place. Is it a chain? Yes. Is it Papa Johns or Dominoes? No. Its simple deep dish, real cheese, quality ingredients, oven baked yumminess. Great for a summer picnic or a chilly winter day snuggled by a fire. Its a little pricey, but I think you get what you pay for. Chicago Connection is good. Hands down awesomeness.
PS… try the garlic cheese bread …

UNCLEAN. My fiancé and I stopped here for lunch not long ago after checking over their menu online, which looked pretty decent. We had high hopes and were pretty optimistic up until encountering our server.
After waiting a few minutes in the empty establishment, we were finally noticed and seated by the window at a table that hadn’t been cleaned. The waitress then proceeded to take the menus and scrape them across the table to knock the crumbs onto the floor, and then handed them to us. If she had asked us to wait while she or someone else bussed, that would have been perfectly acceptable. Hell, it’s a chain pizza joint; I probably wouldn’t have even complained if she’d left the table with the crumbs on it, but I was pretty shocked that someone in the food industry would do that in front of a customer. Much less while they were already sitting at the table and doing it with THEIR menu. We could hardly wait to not try the food.
