We picked up an order to go. We opted for a sandwich and a pizza. We had the Italian combo sandwich and The Prime pizza… Both were delicious! The customer service was also great. We will definitely be going back!

This is my absolute favorite place to eat in Nampa! Anyone who is out of town looking for a great local restaurant HAS to come here! :) Their sandwiches are to die for and the staff is so friendly. It has such a homey feel to it and it’s amazing service. Mancino’s is FANTASTIC!

I called and ordered a pizza, waited half an hour to come pick it up, waited another 10 minutes and the order is wrong. No apologies, no offer of a complimentary salad or soda while I wait. Got home with pizza #2 and it’s not even close to what I ordered. I threw it in the trash. Done.

Oh my stars this hidden GEM has amazing goodness all over their menu! Everything is made fresh, and tastes authentic! The location is a little odd but must be perfect hence they have been open for about 5 years! Customer service is great, we really enjoyed it and will be back!

Have been a fan of these guys for years. Enjoyed eating at their restaurant when they were at the Holly Shopping Center. We LOVE their spaghetti and meatball dinner plate. Large enough for two, but I always get one for myself. Love the garlic toast that comes with the meal and the meatballs are ginormous. The salad bar doesn’t have much of a selection but is plenty with my spaghetti dinner.

Every time I drive in from California, my first stop is at the Nampa Mancinos for a sub. I usually order a pastrami reuben. The italuan is also amazingly delicious. .I know the bread is baked daily from scratch. So much BETTER than Quiznos. Their salad bar is well priced for a good simple salad.

I stopped on a Saturday mid afternoon. Not very busy but I noticed that everybody was waiting on their food. It took 30 minutes for them to bring my to go order? Every table was dirty, salad bar not clean, floor dirty. Not feeling good about it. took the food home and the Italian subs were really different in make up. Flavor was ok, nothing to want me to go back. The subs were very large however, just not to our liking. I would like to go back and get the meatball sandwich but don’t want to chance the wait and the filth

The Italian sub is amazing! The BBQ brisket could have used more meat in my opinion, but overall very good!

Wanted to try their pizza AND the Nampa location. So difficult to judge. This location is nicer than the Caldwell location(different owner, apparently). I’ll be back, but not for the DiGiorno style pizza. It was affordable, but I was hoping for more of an east coast pizza. This wasn’t it. I would like to try more of their other fare, though. My wife and I have had sanwiches from the Caldwell location and those were excellent, so I’ll make this a stop for sandwiches. Not the pizza.

After a meeting at work, my tummy was grumbling. I knew i needed something tasty to eat and fast food wasn’t going to cut it. I suggested to my dining companion that we should go to Mancino’s since she has never tried there food and i always rave about their baked subs. We both decided to order there lunch special. An 8 inch sub, chips, drink and your choice of a cup of soup or a one trip plate for there salad bar for 8.49. I ordered the Italian sub with salad bar and my dining companion ordered the Ham, Turkey and Roast Beef sub with broccoli cheese soup. Both subs were fantastic. The Italian had ground sausage, ham and salami on homemade sub bread. There bread is incredible. The broccoli cheese soup was decent but it’s missing something, maybe a little heat from a pepper would elevate the taste. The salad bar is a real let down. It’s small and has very little to choose from. The ranch has a very weird flavor to it. I have yet to try there pizza but maybe on my next visit i will try one. So if you’re in a mood for a killer sub stop by and order a large cause you will definitely want leftovers!

Excellent food, friendly staff. Their bread is fresh and delicious. Another great, locally owned spot in Nampa. I work right down the street and frequent Mancino’s. We order food for staff meetings on occasion. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Check it out.

Words cannot describe… As I write this, I’m eating sandwich #2, reheated after being carefully transported back from Nampa to SLC. Even two days later this sandwich is providing me with the foodie version of a religious experience. Perfect proportions and great pricing makes this place good. Great food & friendly service put this place over the top. This place will ruin you for other sandwich shops, so be careful. If they could just find a way to deliver them fresh so I didn’t have to drive 5 hours…

Jay Williams, the owner of this Mancino’s franchise(one of only two left in the valley, the other is in Caldwell) makes his bread and pizza dough from scratch. This and the fact that the sandwiches are made to order and fully cooked in a pizza over(versus just being toasted on the top like other places) makes Mancino’s a must not miss eatery in Nampa. His best selling sandwich, the Italian Combo, is a glorious creation of sliced ham, and crumbled sausage with onions, mushrooms and green peppers on fresh bread with mozzarella cheese. Special orders are accepted with a smile and you’ll likely see Jay himself back in the kitchen or out in the dining room chatting with his patrons. Mancino’s in Nampa also serves pizza and lasagna and has a nice little salad bar. Bring your appetite, and make sure and grab some napkins.

First time in here and I was very satisfied. They bake their own bread and then toast the subs open faced in a pizza oven. For $ 7 you get an 8″ sub, chips and a drink. Great deal and not bad. It’s the only good resteraunt on this side of town!

Mancinos has changed quite a bit over the years. Their old location was bit off the beaten path and was kind of a hole in the wall but I liked it. It gave the restaurant character and was less than a block from my house. This location is more generic and has less ambiance than the old one but the food is still very good. I don’t eat there often enough, as I don’t spend too much time on that side of town, but after having lunch there the other day I’ll be back again soon. I forgot how much I loved their meatball sub.
