Order a white chocolate mocha flavored coffee a few minutes ago and got something that is more like flavored milk. I don’t want to drive back for them to fix it, I just will never be going back. What a waste of time.

Same old same yet here I am again and been in line with 3 cars for 10 minutes and not moved… fast food? Not tonight always seems to be mis managed

Sat in drive thru 23 minutes, this was from when I drove up to when I left. What was even more frustrating being interrupted and rushed while placing my order. Stop asking is that everything, most customers know what they are going to order. Then I went to ask for some condiments she talked right over me with my order and total. WTF! I also witnessed a manger yell at an employee for doing something wrong. Wow! Treat your employees with respect.
You need to ask some of the other McDonald’s what they are doing right and get some help. This is not fast food what so ever.

This restaurant continuously disappoints. Wrong item in the bag, missing food, cold «grilled» chicken. Literally, every time I visit, there is something wrong.
The staff is friendly and offers to correct, but I usually go through the drive-through and don’t think to look until I get back to work.
Note to self: STOP eating here.
