I go here every once in a while on my home from school NNU. The last two times I’ve been here, I went through the drive thru and both times they got my order wrong. I’ve always liked Panda Express, but the quality in employee customer service has made me rethink stopping here for dinner.

Went through the Drive through, on the way to a graduation. Ripped plastic bag, which caused our entrees to spill. No spare ribs in the order and the biggest mind blower was No Beef in the Beef and Broccoli. I get that people in fast food work hard and they deserve a living wage, but will paying a higher wage fix incompetence???

Of all the pandas I really like going to this one. It’s extremely easy access from the free way and is clearly visible. The drive thru is a plus and it moves steadily. The interior is clean and the staff is always professional. Minus a star for food quality dropping below standards during rushes. Nothing horrible, but could be better tasting at times. Would recommend.

Why is it when you go thru the drive-thru it seems you get old dried food! I swear it happens always with them!

I agree that this is consistently the best Panda I’ve been to. I’ve never understood the big deal with that chain Chinese place downtown. You can pay much less here and get food that’s at least as good.

They have grade-a customer service. Let me describe my visit. When I walk in the place is sparkling clean, the employees are smiling and the line is short. I got to the counter and was offered a sample, tried the firecracker chicken, it was good, but not for me. I ordered some orange chicken and they just ran out from the customer ahead of me. It only took a couple minutes to make but I was apologized to three times. When it came out I sat down across from the managers meeting and overheard them talking about a customers minor inconvenience, they were polite in discussion. One of them noticed a small spill by the side fountain, all of them got up to fix it, one beat the rest and had it cleaned immediately. I ate my food, delicious as always, and got up to leave. On my way out an employee who’d just emptied the trash was struggling to get it back in thru the door. I tried to help but she got it mostly in before I had the chance. She then stopped and held the door for me. In conclusion, their customer service is above and beyond what’s expected at a fast food restaurant. I was impressed and I will be back!

This was definitely the cleanest, most well ran PEx. I have ever been to. The service was fantastic, food was even better. Staff on their break stopped and helped when they saw my wife carrying baby, and plates. One of the break staff came over and took my cup to ask what I would like it filled with. Whatever this strange place is, please continue it. It is not common to see this quality of restaurant around.
