Panera Bread

The food is good and the service is terrible! At 11:45 am on a Saturday there is one person taking orders with a line out the door! My order was wrong again… so frustrating. This place needs better management.

Food is good, but manager is extremely RUDE to his employees. Sad to see him criticize his workers when they are trying hard to satisfy customers with challenging orders.

I always love coming to this Panera Bread because it is very close to my house and the Asian Chicken Salad is to die for!!! Today I walked in and the line was almost out the door. I decided to wait, well cuz I was already there. I looked at the face of the man at the counter and my heart went out to him. I read his name tag, he was the manager his name Sean. He didn’t look pissed or mad that he was stuck behind the register with hungry people waiting in line. He had a smile on his face and looked truly happy to be there. (weather he was or not who really knows) But I digress. The point is he was SO nice. And this woman ahead of me was just SO rude to him for no reason at all I wanted to smack her. So I smiled at him and told him he was doing a great job. And he looked sincerely glad to hear it. He took my order and told me to have a great evening. The younger man who gave me my food was also really nice. So the point of this whole review is I LOVE Panera Bread and screw u miserable lady who yelled at Sean! And I will always be back to eat my Asian Chicken Salad!!!

Everything is delicious!!! From the soups, sandwiches & salads. Of course my favorite are the smoothes. The green tea drink is also refreshing. The employee’s are always nice. Been going there for years now. Love the place, food is always fresh.

Customer service is not the greatest, but it’s doable also the only think that gets me is why in the hell are the bagels so damn much money, but I find myself keep coming back. Overall it’s not a bad joint to eat from.

I’m a big Panera’s fan, but I won’t be eating at this location any longer. Last week we stopped there for an early supper: my friend’s hot sandwich lingered at the counter and when finally brought over was cold and gummy. The turkey flatbread sandwich, which I had enjoyed cold a few weeks ago at another Panera’s, arrived very hot. The taste was vile: the greens were wilted and the mayonnaise had turned sour. Nevertheless, I met a friend there for lunch today. We left our coats in a booth, ordered our lunch, and returned to find a seemingly homeless woman sitting there and our coats gone. They were later discovered in another booth at the back of the restaurant. The waitress said she had put them there at the homeless woman’s request. The woman moved to another booth but later returned and paced in front of our booth until we left. It was a disconcerting experience. The management does not seem to care at all about the quality of its service or the safety of its customers. Go elsewhere.

Customer service: As far as i know, the workers here are always very nice and helpful! They offer recommendations when you’re stuck choosing what to eat. One time I severely disliked my order (squash soup) and they were nice enough to exchange it for me. The place always seems so busy and the workers look like they do their best. EXtra star for you Glenn coco, you go Glenn coco. Hehe
Ambiance: like I said, it gets pretty busy and loud. Its hard to get a spot near an outlet and the wifi isn’t the best in the world. I usually come here to study if I can actually find a spot, if not I’ll head across the street to igrill and camp out there.
Food: I’m not gung ho over paninis and sandwiches, but the food is pretty average. The only thing I absolutely hated was the squash soup. It was like eating gerber food… Blehhh, not my cup of tea. Based off of food alone I’d give this place 3 stars. I do enjoy the baked goods more than the entrees though.
Prices: I don’t think that the meals are worth the price honestly, but if you’re going to panera to meet up, study or what have you, its only polite to order some food.

Food was not bad. I have to be honest. But the customer service is is TERRIFYING at this place. It’s like the entire team wants the owner to declare bankruptcy. Sometimes you’d think they are competing to see who can do the worse job. I made the order. The order comes in missing the bread which I earlier asked the cashier to ensure whether or not it came with it, to which he promised it did (in a intimidating manner I should add).Also they forgot to put the dressing. When inquired about it, the employee just went bizerk on me because he wanted me to tell him which dressing I wanted. Panera bread salads comes with standard dressings. Once again, the food was good. But I think either the manager or the owner is probably going through a bad marriage. No other explanation for such behavior.

I frequent this location a few times a week for breakfast. the food is always delicious. The problem I find is that when I come in to order, sometimes the only one online or maybe one other customer it is such a long wait. I will stand there sometimes 5 or more minutes just waited for an employee to greet me. They rush around like they are busy. A simple «I’ll be with you in a moment» would be nice. I also use the app the pre order for the rapid order, and every time I get there to pick it up it is not on the rapid order shelf. I have to wait on line and ask for it. I thought the point of that service is no wait. And when I tell the staff I am here for it they scramble to put together my order. Pretty disapointing.

Place has gone down hill over the past year. Food comes just a bit too late from what you would expect and the meals aren’t put together neatly (sandwiches falling apart, breakfast sandwiches cooked so long the cheese has literally melted off the bagel and onto the plate). Most recently I went in for breakfast and ordered one of the fruit filled oatmeals. Took 20 minutes to receive and was cold when I got it. Did not ask for a new one out of fear of what the kitchen staff might do in retribution. Additionally, I had ordered this same oatmeal at a different Panera and it was served in a much larger bowl for the same price.
The new Panera on rt. 303 is much better, cleaner, faster, and accurate with orders.

Had to come back to this review and take away a star. The past few times I have been in here the staff behind the counter has been extremely rude. They don’t ask how you are, and they haven’t asked what I would like on the side of my order, they always just give me bread. Frustrating to have to take it back or complain to the person running the food since it isn’t their fault. Now when I go in I have to ask myself for something else on the side whether it be chips or an apple. Not a big deal, but I don’t go out to spend money somewhere and have the staff be rude!

Found a fly in my salad before. Had the person make my salad give me attitude. But the food is great just terrible service. They usually get my order wrong most of the time but once I correct them the order seems fine and they give a free pastry complimentary if they mess up the order. Love the chipotle chicken panini and I love the Asian sesame Thai salad.

This Panera is doing a lot better now that they stopped the dinner roll BS. That literally drove me nuts. With My Panera card they’ve been giving me free coffee every day for the month of April and I’ve already been here about 7 times cause my gf doesn’t make breakfast. Glad to see they’ve responded to Unilocal reviews. This isn’t a 5 yet cause I haven’t had any of their sandwiches or soups in a while.

This Panera is pretty busy so good luck with finding a seat! It’s one of my study spots since they provide outlets and free wifi! I was lucky enough to find a table near two outlets. I ordered a Chai tea latte which comes in one size for $ 3.89 and a toffee cookie for $ 2.19. Both orders were a great combination. I will be definitely coming back.

Food was bad. Worse than any other Panara I’ve Ben to. Service was slow. Do Not come here.

I try to give this place a change many times. Today was the last time. A single sausage and and cheese took 20 minutes to come out. I thought it would be a good size since it’s from Panera but it came out on 2 soggy pieces of thin bread and looks like it has been stepped on. A huge plate for a sandwich the size of my palm. No sides with it either. The guy who gave it to me said i was more than «welcome to complain to the manager» instead of helping me out. Staff is rude, food takes too long and over priced! The quality here is horrible. Im done giving this place chances

Today was my first time AND last time visiting this place. The service was terrible. The food was extremely average. And it’s overpriced for a basic burger and fries eatery. Won’t come here again.

I love it here. I hate the lunchtime lines that literally go out the door.

Well yeah I walked right in to grab a loaf. Then I realized they had mad lunch special. Got a cup of Cola. The staff was so friendly and they let me spread out all of my belongings across several table. What a great late lunch option! Bring all the fam

First time there and the Food was Disgusting! and Over priced
Ordered a steak and cheese and it tasted horrible and was not even cooked! my husband ordered a Italian combo and the bread was hard and the cold cut was thick! Not Good! My husband thought this place was going to be good only because he had been to another one in a different location and where he had went he said it was really good! Too bad this place Sucks! Never again I will go to this place! They also have young kids in the back preparing the food, playing around and taking about music instead of working!
