The Last Straw!
Literally the worst Starbucks. Piss poor management if there even is one. The employees for the most part don’t care and move way to slow. 20 people in que, with another 20 people waiting for their drinks. Ordered mobile 30 mins ago and the people don’t even check for it.
Intense training or just close this branch either way doesn’t matter I’ll never go back.

I would highly recommend it getting the bacon Gouda and egg sandwich. It’s probably the best one they have.
Also if you can, save yourself the time in line and order through the Starbucks app and just get you order right at the counter.

Went to this Starbucks yesterday. I don’t know who the girl at the register was but I was utterly shocked at her customer service skills. She was so disrespectful and talked to me like I was trying to steal a 1 $ cup of coffee. Very rude and unprofessional… try to avoid going to this Starbucks!

One of the baristas was so nice and sweet, the other was a total rude butthole. They didn’t have any grande cups, they ran out of whipped cream, the pastries were limited and stale. There were dirty all around the tables and the garbage cans were overflowing. Enjoy your visit

The lines here are always ridiculous. Today the line was reasonable but I had to wait 20 minutes for my espresso to be made. Wtf? It was a madhouse.

It’s a great Starbucks. Typical if you go at a busy time it’s going to be busy. They’ve never made my drink wrong but it can get a bit confusing when they only say drinks not names

I actually feel bad that I waited till the service got shoddy to write a review, as I’ve gone here for years, so just for that, I’m giving them another star. If I stop by and see one of the core women who have worked at this place for years I’ll actually walk in, but unfortunately, the new crew just ain’t cuttin’ it. The service has gotten soooo slowwwwww and let me tell ya, nothing puts me in a happier mood then having ZERO caffeine in my system and getting a lecture from the barista on how what I really want is a latte when I tell her I want an Americano misto — HULK MAD! Haha okay so I didn’t REALLY turn green, but had I been Bruce Banner, I would have! Did this place change management or something!!! I’

This used to be a decent Starbucks, but over the past year it has gone rapidly downhill. We used to have great experiences here and the baristas were always friendly and helpful. I’m really not sure what happened. One of the most ridiculous experiences that we’ve had recently is the policy of not selling food out of the case in the evening. I’ve never seen anything like it. Twice my kids and I went there after an evening rehearsal and they’ve refused to sell us food out of the case. They offered the kids a few wrapped croissants from a basket that they kept behind the register, which of course they didn’t want, with the brownies, scones, and cake pops staring at them from the case! The manager told us that it was because flies got on the food, so she only sold the wrapped food after a certain time of day. Have never, ever seen anything like it.

Always come here and have to wait. Today I waited 10 minutes to get my drink. All the people that were behind me got theirs before me. They don’t even say sorry or anything. Last time I come here.

They went from having a good friendly staff to now having young teenagers who don’t know what they are doing and don’t get customer service.
The baristas who have been there are great, the newer employees are not the best. Management = horrible

HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!! Incredibly slow service move like snails and have to repeat order up to three times just to get it right would rather succumb to dunkin donuts they need to get better people to provide better and quicker service. Will not be going back

Slower than molasses but they make the best drinks! I will have to tell my other locations to make my drink the way these folks did. The staff was super friendly and which totally eliminates the issue of waiting an extra mins for a quality drink made to perfection!

The long waits and standing around workers have lowered my initial rating. It’s my understanding that a NEW Starbucks will open across the highway in the mall. I hope they or owner of this location learns from these mistakes because he/she will be successful if utilizes suggestions.

This place has gone down hill since they started rotating MUCH younger staff in here. There used to be a good blend of 30 – 45 yr old staff mixed with 20 – 30 somethings. It seems like there are more older teens/younger 20s who are more interested in socializing with each other than getting the order right.
I’m also a bit of a clean freak when it comes to my food and drinks being prepared for me — and the past three times I was in here the drink-preparing staff used the steamer rag to wipe something off his arm, once off his apron, and once just wipe off his thumb. Seriously? I know one-time-offenders are not a big deal but c’mon, that’s unsanitary.
At least the drink comes out right.

For some odd reason, I was craving for the red velvet cupcake again. Since I was in the neighborhood, I stopped by this starbucks and picked one up. The woman in front of me got 4 of them. I was just glad that she left 1 for me. I snatched the last one!
Instead of iced grande soy latte, I got the venti shaken iced green tea lemonade with 2 pumps of raspberry. It was um… pretty.
