This store was literally a joke when I visited few months ago in regards to my brand new phone. They just waste a lot of your time and give you a lot(I mean a LOT) of unwanted headache. It’s like a comedy tv show going on in this store 24⁄7. Looks like they just moved to a different location .So wait for it guys– Same show –Different locations!

Went to the store to find out about getting THREE new phones for my kids. Gave my name and my cell phone number and was told they would call me when it was my turn. Waited over a half hour in the store and then I noticed people walking in and being helped immediately. I went to the door person to ask how much longer it would be and she asked me my name. When I told her what it was she says«oh you are not on the list». She said«what are you here for? «I said«I WAS here to buy three new phones but you can forget it now.» and we walked out. I would never trust this place for anything.

Friendly and professional customer service. Patrick was very patient and helpful setting up my replacement tablet. Richard did a great job putting on the screen protector.

Had a horrible experience the two door men are complete idiots and are incapable of helping any customers. They pay two people to stand at the door just to sign people in. I come at 2 pm when they are«fully staffed» just to exchange a charger. I call the store ahead for a 10 minute wait to just ask if they have it in stock. Upon arrival no help and they say it will be a 5 – 10 minute wait just for a charger. Then there are about 4 workers standing around that are all sales and they can’t swap a charger. The most insulting thing u have ever heard in my life. Then I continue to ask a manager to have a sales person to just simply swap a wire and they refuse because they aren’t busy yet can’t exchange a broken wire. Once someone wants to purchase something they jump for joy. I am disgusted with this store and im embarrassed to be a verizon customer dealing with these slime balls. As I’m leaving they have loud music blaring and wires who are qualified to exchange anything just standing and singing music. Truly disapointed.

Signed up for a class on using my new Galaxy phone at Verizon Wireless on Rt. 59, Nanuet. No class was being given although I waited 10 minutes to find out that I was the only one who signed up — but all they had to do was send me a text to let me know there was no class. Five Verizon people standing at the door telling me they’d get someone to help me(individually) — but no one arrives. The Manager, who was one of the 5 people at the door, asked someone to help me with 1 problem and she just looked at him and walked away, then he did also. I finally left after 20 minutes of just standing there. Major thumbs down!

I had trouble turning on my new Motorola Droid Phone. The technician after being unsuccessful first told me there was a fee. After my protesting He then looked at his monitor. I asked him if there was any info. He said the monitor was blank. I suggested he call tech support. They couldn’t’ figure I t out either. The technician suggested I go to Paramus and get another phone. L also told him not to touch the gold part of the simm card. He didn’t listen. I continued to work on the phone and by Sunday night I had it working. The moral of the story is. If you can’t fix your Verizon I Motorola phone you don’t deserve to own one. :-)

The wait is one hour. There are many employees walking around the store but very few are providing service. 2 people stand by the door to sign customers in. And then you wait and wait and wait. Sprint should come in and shoot their commercial here-many unhappy customers.
