I was referred to Lindsy at Chandelier by a friend who had a great haircut. I had been very afraid to let some one touch my hair the only hair dresser I would go to is in Penn. That was 3 years ago and I have had several perfectly executed styles. Lindsey did a beautiful 3 color dye on my daughter and put really cute multi color extensions on my 10year old and her prices are very reasonable, but tuth be told I would hay pay more for her talent.

Shayla Newman is an amazing person and fantastic stylist! My hair is out of control and with a few snips of her scissors and a wave of the blow dryer my hair looks more than amazing! Shayla makes me want more from my hair! Don’t listen to my raves though see for yourself!

After not one but 2 botched pixie cuts at my local salon, I went to Shayla to save me from permanent hat wearing. I showed her half a dozen pictures of similar cuts, told her to use her best judgement and make it easy to maintain and I am SO PLEASED with the results. No more fooling around at my local place. Its Shayla or nobody.

I came from the state of Washington with my hair completely out of control from a grown out cut. A friend recommended Shayla to me and booked an appointment for me. Not only is her salon tastefully decorated, Shayla is a master of hair like mine that only a master can work with! In just a few short minutes I relaxed enough to give her free rein with my hair and walked out thrilled and feeling like a million bucks for a mere $ 35 for cut & style. I loved it so much I tipped her $ 10. I will be staying in the area for a while to be close to my elderly father who just had major surgery and Shayla is IT for me! Your hair is safe in her hands and she absolutely LOVES what she does. Go there! Really!

Shayla Newman has been my friend and stylist for five years now, and I would follow her to the ends of the earth! Fortunately I only had to follow her a little bit south on Jefferson to find her at her new salon Chandelier. (Right where JP Liquor and video used to be) Molly Mandler and Lindsay Huffman are also at Chandelier so it’s like my favorite girls’ night in an elegant and chic new salon. The atmosphere is classy and indulgent and the whole crew is a joy to be around. Congratulations to you Shayla on your stunning success! You’ll be seeing me often.
