We’ve been with DIrect TV for 10 years. They addresses you as loyal customers but treat new customers way better. We’ve repeatedly asked for a plan that would remain the same price without rate changes every year. I am aware they get many calls to customer service asking for lower rates or the rate to stay the same. Why do I know this, because it’s a topic at many social gatherings! After 10 years we definitely will be leaving DT in 10 months when our contract is up. If they ever reach a sustainable monthly bill, they’d be on your way to treating loyal customers with loyalty.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with their thieves fraudulent and out right liars!!! They suck believe me I’m the most honest person I know and live by it! They justify their lies to rob u pls do not use this company they will ruin your credit for their fraudulent acts to just steal more&more from you this company should be shut down ASAP as they are thieves and have employees that have no clue what their doing and blame the consumer for their horrible employees and their who’s on first customer service they only train their employees to say you owe by contract over&over again they train them to cover their fraudulent business matters don’t use them they will rob you then destroy you even when their in the wrong!!! Negative 5 stars aka direct tv!!! They SUCK!!! The whole. Company all OF THEM SUCK!!! THIEVES!

We just got a letter in the mail about DirecTV wanting us to come back since we switched to dish which is horrible about getting there bills correct. They had on there special $ 39.95 for 240 channels and free football package and up to four boxes which they will install them, but in the tiny print that nobody can see to read even with glasses. It says they charge $ 6.50 per box. It said it comes with the genie and DVR with a TiVo up grade. Which is another lie because they charge extra for those too. So the guy went from $ 39.00 to saying ok we will lock you in if you want this for $ 79.99 I flipped and said are you nuts your letter said $ 39.99 and if your going to charge me $ 79.99 for the first year then how much are you going to charge me for the second year. He said not much just $ 40 more. I said bye. Not sure if they got more greedy since they are with ATT&T or if they are just cons. The one bad thing about living in the country when it comes to TV is we have to have satellite. I wish Comcast would come out here. Frickin rip offs.

I love my direct tv. Best value out there. Great packages available. I pay less than 59 a month for premium package. Ask for deals. Vthey will hook you up
