Eye Spy Vision Care Optometry

This review is a few months overdue from this summer. We had to switch eye doctors because our doctor we had been seeing would not be covered under our new insurance plan. Both of our sons need glasses and one has an issue with a lazy eye where we need a specialist who deals with vision therapy for children, and there aren’t many in N. California. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Dr. Tanya Mahaphon and her staff are nothing short of amazing and have exceeded our expectations. She is excellent with the children and took time to answer my questions as a new patient to her practice. Their selection of frames for children and ladies are perfect (the men’s looked good, too). I switched out of necessity, but I will be staying because not only is her location more convenient to where we live, but my children love her. And she and her staff have gone above and beyond. There aren’t many places where you can get customer service like this anymore. They have my highest recommendation.

She is thorough in her exam and endlessly helpful in making eye care affordable by recommending changes to your insurance, using rebates, and working with you in your financial situation. She is kind and personable. The folks in her office are also quite sweet.
