Every time I come here all of the employees are so helpful. They understand sometimes I’m on a time crunch myself, with my business. They are honest about how long its going to be. And always on time. Sometimes the job is done well before when they said and they always call to let me know. I really appreciate all the hard work and my prints, posters and banners always look great!!! Thank you Lourdes, Rebecca and the rest of the team at FedEx.

I have visited this store on 3 or 4 occasions. The service has been sub par repeatedly. They seem to pride themselves on saying no rather than trying to say yes. It is obvious by all the other negative reviews that neither the management nor the company give a rats ass about how they conduct business there. I won’t be patronizing this place again. There are too many other places that want my business in town.

I received a return box from Dell (shipped to me by FedEx) but when I tried to drop it off here the lady at the counter was giving me a bunch of BS about how they don’t accept those boxes and it needs to be a different box and I’d have to pay for a new box. I would give 1 star, but there was an old man also working there and he took the box and gave me a receipt for it without giving me any grief.
If he wasn’t there that would’ve been awful.

Had two packages to ship in professional shipping boxes, Extremely safe and secure packages.
Was told I can’t ship in non FedEx boxes and needed to puchase theirs and pay them to repack them, then fill out new airbills.
When asked her name she wanted to get a manager to explain «Napa store polices»
When she came back without her manager, I chose not to wait to be informed about their store polices. Packed my boxes out and dropped off at a different location.
Judging by the other comments and 1 stars on Unilocal,I won’t be using this location again either. Too bad because it is a convenient location.

I went to this location to print a two-​page document and then scan doc to my email address. At the Copy Store in Sonoma this is a $ 1.10 transaction and is a good and efficient experience. At Fed-​Ex it was the worst experience ever. … $ 14.00 and 30 minutes later the same transaction was completed… extremely poor! Will NEVER return to this location even to mail a package…

Don’t ever, ever, go here. I paid for 4 copies of a time sensitive press release and when I got home I saw only 1 and a half copies had been made. When I spoke to a supervisor named Lourdes she informed me that my money would be returned and my missing copies returned to me. 5 days later I had not received my money, my copies or a phone call. When i spoke with Lourdes 2 days later she informed me that they would not be refunding my money unless I came in to the location personally. I live 3 hours away and explained to her that this was not going to work. My purchase was made with a credit card and therefore should be very easy to refund. She basically talked over me and then hung up one me. I use FedEx a lot and have been doing so for a long time. In all that time I’ve never had someone treat me with such utter disrespect and lack of care. People like Lourdes are the reason customers stop using companies and go elsewhere. If FedEx is smart they’ll fire Lourdes immediately and find someone who is competent enough and cordial enough to actually do the job. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I brought in two posters to be laminated. The lady took them no problem and then asked for my name and number which I was confused about because she never said it would take longer than 3 hours especially at 8am on a Wednesday when it was desolate. That was fine but when I went pick them up it was $ 113 dollars! There were no prices posted nor was I informed by the staff that lamination costs your first born at kinkos. The girl ringing me up just instantly went and got the manager when she saw that I was in shock. I didn’t really have anything to complain about, I was just very surprised and the manager showed no sympathy at all. She didn’t even make eye contact once. I understand that the price mixup was probably my fault but some customer service or customer care goes along way in that kind of situation. I will not be going back there for any kind of printing or copying services.

I just had a smoothest & quickest service ever from Jessica in this location. As a small business owner, I need responsive service that allows me to hit deadlines, and she was on it! Both 24×36 architectural prints and some 11×17 color prints in literally less than 10 minutes off my thumb drive. Superb.

Worst service ever! Aside from loosing the package and not scanning it properly, they were very rude and just didn’t care. Didn’t want to help by just looking at the sirvalence tape to write a letter that I was there so my insurance would take care of what they lost. Definitely very upsetting and don’t recommend anyone use them if you don’t want the same thing to happen to you.

I didn’t think I’d rate a FedEx, but I was surprised by the negative reviews! They’re helpful and nice from the moment you walk in. In particular, they’ve helped me pack and ship laptops and other fragile items. No issues. No extra charges. No waiting in line. Super convenient.

Lace up your track shoes and RUN away from this FedEx & head straight to the Post Office instead! Why? I happened to be in Napa and wanted to ship a beautiful Gucci scarf to my EBay buyer. First I asked the guy to please wrap it in tissue so he HACKS off some jagged edged butcher paper and began wrapping my expensive Gucci scarf in this until I said «This lady paid me good money for this!»
Worst of ALL was they tallied up a shipping price of $ 101. to ship to Belgium! (adding they didn’t know WHY EBay’s shipping estimate was $ 24. Fortunately I went to the Post Office (they’re Regulated!!) and paid $ 24. to ship the scarf NOT $ 101. !!
Plus the Postal employee was professional efficient and polite. Lesson learned.

Willis saved my bacon. .. twice! Thank you for the quick and professional service when binding my thesis. The product quality is excellent.

My wife and I shipped several wine glasses as well as a priceless family picture in an frame from Napa to Dallas. The frame was an antique with a domed glass front that would be incredibly difficult, if not impossible, to replace. Sharon was the only person watching the store when we arrived shortly after opening and she did a great job of understanding the importance of the picture and then wrapping it such that it would arrive unscathed. Even so, we were pretty certain the piece was too fragile to arrive without breaking. We are happy to report that because of Sharon’s attention to detail, the frame arrived with zero issues and all is well. The wine glass arrived as well without a single breakage.
The service was a bit slow as Sharon had to help another person when they arrived but it was nothing worse than any other FedEx Office that I’ve ever utilized.
Overall, very happy with the experience and would definitely utilize this location again.

This is the worst service I have experienced at a FedEx anywhere in the country. I’m still giving two stars because there was a slight upswing a few months ago with customer service but it has dropped back off.
The company I work for ships millions of dollars worth of shipments through FedEx. I have never had to call and track down «Held at location» packages like I have here. I have even called, had employees say it was not there. Then I hunted down tracking and confirmed and they found it. I have even had someone from the location leave a message say something arrived for me and have to wait and wait to get it.
There is never enough staff. I have been at the location more than 30 minutes before the pickup time and had to beg the driver to wait for my shipment since it takes so long to process any shipments or even get someone to help you. I have been in there when 5 – 6 employees are all behind the counter avoiding eye contact of customers. I have definitely walked in and out more than once.
FedEx Corporate should revamp this store. I don’t know if the hours of operation need to be decreased, if new management needs to come in or if they need to drop the «office» portion altogether. Something needs to change. I try to avoid it at all costs.

I have used FedEx Office all over the country — the Napa Fedex Office is the worst collection of service, facilities, and technology of any I have used. Do not go here for internet access — go to McDonalds or Starbucks — even Safeway internet would be better.
I don’t know if FedEx Office ever decommissions outlets, but they should consider it with this one.
