Franks Janitorial

Hired this company to come out and clean a small one room guard shack for our community. They are supposed to be coming every two weeks. I’ve had the owner out here twice because when I’ve gone in it hasn’t been clean at all.
This past weekend when I was there the place was FILTHY! I took several photos and sent an e-​mail with the photos to the owner Jason and the accountant Jennifer. I have yet to receive a response to my e-​mail or a call as requested.
We’ve been paying for over a year for them to come out every other week! I have NO idea what they have been doing for the past several months because as one can tell from the photo’s this isn’t dust or grime that is just from days, weeks or even a few months.

As a long time Napa resident I have tried many Carpet cleaning services. Franks Janitorial is the one and only I call. They show up on time and Ted their technician is very professional and a hard working. I had a stain that resurfaced they will come back out did their best to make sure I was happy. They do a great job and will continue to get my business

I have been using Franks Janitorial in Napa for over three years for cleaning my VRBO rental. They have been thorough, responsive and stand behind their work. I once needed an emergency cleaning and they were able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate my needs. What really stands out about the crew there is that they are willing to take responsibility if something isn’t to your satisfaction and make it right. No one is perfect, and once when they missed a cleaning, they came out that evening of my call and got my unit ready for my guests who were stunned that a company would respond so quickly and so late in the day. The owner and everyone I’ve dealt with are so accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone as I have to my friends with properties in Napa Valley.
