Kent with Green Tech Builders was able to help me envision an extension to my deck and came up with a design within my budget. The quality of the work is outstanding.
The redwood deck that he built is extremely sturdy and attractive. He also installed a concrete pad for my hot tub and his crew placed the hottub on the pad before building the deck around it and connecting the new deck to my old deck with a cute bridge.
He clearly has equipment to handle a large variety of projects, his craftsmanship is exceptional and he is very pleasant to deal with.

This guy may have his contracting license but he is a one man show… unless you count his wife and toddler who help him do the work. There are no «builders», just the owner, Kent, who is very nice but has no idea what he is doing. He built a fence for us that had to be completely re-​done since it was uneven and poorly constructed. We had a couple other contractors take a look at it and they shook their heads and apologized to us since it needed to be completely rebuilt.
As the new contractor took it apart, he found that Kent had cut corners and the posts were placed too far apart and not deep enough (per the contract). This was despite us giving Kent a second chance to fix it after we told him exactly what needed to be done. He tries really hard but he isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed, unfortunately. If we had left the fence as it was, it would be warped and sagging in no time.
DO NOT USE THIS SO-​CALLED «BUILDER»! Use a contractor with experience if you want your project done correctly.
