Obviously this place smells terribly sweaty! Aside from that, we love this place. Coach Christy is amazing and so is Coach Caitlyn. They are so wonderful and kind with the kids. Our son does the drop in «me and my shadow» a few times a week. We love this place! A fun safe environment for our son to get out all his wild energy!

My 2 year old son takes the toddler class. It’s offered 6 days a week by drop in. Coach is the best– so good with the children. She knows all their names and gets really involved with them participating(but doesn’t push them). She does circle time, free play, & specific activities like bubble time. Kids music is always playing and at the end the children gets stamps. Super fun for little ones. My 9 year old takes beginners tumbling. They offer it several times a week. Although I’m not as impressed with her development(I think they could work on more fundamentals) she loves coming and that’s the most important part. Sometimes the gyms has way to many classes going on at the same time so it can be distracting or intimidating for the beginners. As a whole, once the staff saw us coming regularly they’ve been much more friendly and I’m glad we’ve joined this gym.

We love this place! We are fairly new to the Gymnastics Zone but our daughter absolutely loves it. We had her in a small facility before and I was never happy with the place. The first day at Gymnastics Zone I could tell this place would be worth the investment. My daughter cannot wait all week for her class. Her teacher, Jackie, is awesome! She really has fun with the girls and focuses on their individual progress. It’s really busy during the evenings but each class is being taught by amazing teachers. I love going just to watch all of the different classes. It’s also such a big gym that there are so many different areas they can learn in. The teacher had them doing an obstacle course last week that looked so fun and they were doing things I’ve never seen before. I could go on and on! This place is the best!

As a nanny, I took 2 children to gymnastic zone over a 2 year period. They both loved it. They both started as infants. I loved the infant class with both of them. The older child eventually started a real gymnastic class at age 4.5. And he blossomed. I highly recommend this place.

Both my boys(ages 6 and 7) take a class here once a week. Gymnastics is the one sport my youngest seems interested in and it’s a great place to work on his strength and for both to get their energy out. The coaches are super patient with these young rowdy boys. If one gets too out of control they have them take a break and get a drink of water which usually does the trick. My most favorite thing about this place? Kids night out! A fun and affordable way for this momma to get a break. My boys love going and sleep so good when they get home! Parking is awful though, you either need to get there early or plan to walk. That is my only gripe.

My daughter Sophia started gymnastics with Gymnastic Zone at age 4 she is now 5 and looks forward to going every Saturday to class. She was just promoted to the next class with 5−6yr girls. I am so happy to say Gymnastics Zone has been great with Sophia, I am very over protective with Sophia but at Gymnastic Zone they are very friendly, safe, organized and clean. Krista is amazing she has been so patient with Sophia and also knows hows to make parents feel comfortable leaving our kids in other peoples hands especially when they 4yrs old. My Princess has learned so much and continues to learn and I recommend any parent to come enjoy watching there child have fun and learn new moves that in the long run will help with any sport. I Love Gymnastic Zone in Napa.

My 11 year old daughter only went here for 3 months but our experience was not worth continuing the relationship. She was in advance tumbling and in the 3 months she went there she did not improve in any skills, actually seemed to slip a little. Her coach was very nice(Mike) but seemed more interested in working with the older girls. He was not necessarily coach material as he appeared to be distracted much of the time with chit chat. The students who needed a little extra help were often told to go do something on a mat while the others worked on the floor and he didnt often glance their way to monitar their progress. My daughter also takes classes at another gym in Sonoma County so I see how a good coach runs her class. I was just hoping to find something a little closer to home. As far as the other staff there goes I really have no idea. There was no interaction with any other coach, it seemed that he had no support and was really left on his own.

I used to adore this place! It was one of the best places to be at when I was a preteen and young teen. I also used to be enrolled here in their old location when I was in kindergarten, before that location was flooded. Mimi is amazing! I love her! She is very very great and I have nothing bad to say about her. Margaret however, is the financial part of this business, she is not so nice, she is actually pretty rude and knows almost nothing about gymnastics, she offered to wrap my tender wrist once and it took her three times and it was still too tight and hurting me. I love Chris. He was an incredible coach, but unfortunately he left the gymnastics zone, he was so much fun and defiantly knew what he was doing. I have not been back to this place in around a year, I had to quit just before they remodeled to expand the place to add a second floor and some other new things. But I feel like the other people that are hired, like the girls who teach the younger girls, have no idea what they are doing and have such a short patience level that they shouldn’t be working with kids. This is the best facility that I’ve ever been in, but since Mimi is only allowed to work with team girls there really wasn’t a point to me continuing; but worst of all, Margaret practically told me flat out that because of my age, being about 14, I couldn’t never be a team girl or real gymnast because I started so late and that it really wasn’t even worth me trying to do. So just saying. Also this was said to me when no one else was around, like my parents. I feel like it is almost pointless to go here unless you are a team girl and want to become a gymnast, though I know that this place focuses more on team and competitions and real gymnastics compared to other gyms that are really just for a workout and having fun.

Fantastic place, we’ve been taking our daughter here for about 5 months now. Our little one loves this place. It’s all she talks about. The coaches are great, Paige and Kristen are great with the girls. We can see a huge difference in our daughters balance, motor skills, ability to follow direction and she’s alot less fearful. Love this place worth the 45 min drive.

This is all about the Gymnastic Zone Spring CAMP2013. My kids went there today 03/28/2013 for the first time and they really had a terrible experience. 1) The instructors are often chatting with each other. 2) The instructors did not notice a student when they got hurt. 3) Some of the activities are boring. 4) The instructors are unaware that some students are being mean to other students. 5) Unfair division of team assignments giving one group an age advantage over the others. 6) Do we need a #6? Kids said: «I dread going back to that camp! The classes are good, but not the camp!» The gymnastic classes themselves are great, but the camp is lacking. Also, the facility has inadequate parking – every time I drop off my kids, we have a hard time finding a place to park!

It’s a little hard to find, but once you’ve been, you will be back! The facility is huge and has myriad areas which cater to the varying needs and interests of their students. They offer a plethora of gymnastics classes and coaching programs to kids of seemingly all ages — even teeny tinys! They even have a 1 – 2 year-old«me and my shadow» class, which is hands-down the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life. Imagine 6 – 10 little ones bouncing across a 20-foot trampoline, giddy with laughter. Then, they tumble down some cushy blocks, climb a ladder, go down a slide, and try to balance across a mini beam. On top of it all, the staff is soo friendly and the classes are very reasonable. After 45-minutes of tumbling and laughing hysterically, your little one will be ready for a nap! I cannot say enough positive things about this adorable gym. Love, love, love it — and I suspect we will have a lot of visits when it’s too rainy to play outside.
