I walked into this lovely looking boutique on Wednesday and two sales woman were at the front counter talking. I walked around the shop and spent a few minutes looking at the merchandise. They never acknowledged me or asked if I needed anything. Although I could afford anything and more in the store… I am sure they ignored me because I was wearing work out clothes and didn’t look like the typical shopper that perhaps visited this upscale shop. They shouldn’t judge the wallet size by the purse it’s in!

Helen and her staff go far above and beyond to provide unbelievable service. You won’t believe this story. I was running out of time and found «the perfect dress» for a very special wedding. Helen didn’t have my size and I live in Aptos. With just 4 days to go, Helen called and special ordered my size from LA and had it overnighted to her store. Then she overnighted the dress to me. 2 hours before I left for the wedding in Carmel Valley, my dress arrived and was just as perfect as Helen said it would be. Wow… that is service ABOVE AND BEYOND. I am so appreciative. The dress is gorgeous and the shopping experience superb. Thank you Helen and thanks to all of your caring and friendly staff!

Guys great place to sit and sip some wine. The ladies here do a wonderful job of helping pick out outfits and catered to my 3 teen girls wonderfully while allowing me to chill… take your ladies here!

Helen has amazing boutique clothes. Always the front of fashion. I model for her in her holiday show and wish I could buy everything I wear. Check her out and make sure you have your credit card available — you wont want to leave without making a purchase.

Helen’s store is a jewell of a find! Devine designer clothing that may seem pricey to some but we all know that quality, well-​made, classic women’s clothing will prove to be stylish over, and last, a lifetime. If you’re on a budget, check out her bargain sales downstairs… you won’t be disappointed. Helen and her staff are extremely helpful and friendly and I will definitely buy from her again when I am in the area. Such a treat! Her store rivals anything you would find in large cities and has everything from evening couture to casual with shoes, purses and jewelry to match. I can’t say enough good things about Helen Lyall.
