This agency has a high rate of employee dissatisfaction feedbacks. Their management staff practice favoritism & high degree of hypocrisy. You wouldn’t notice it until you get into their system. They always show people how professional they are but the truth is they are not. Hiredhands always wanted to prove they have standard company policies but they don’t. I worked for two of their branches for years & never get salary increase, my friend said she applied for a long time & never get called, while another said she applied on other branch & not even reference checked & was hired immediately, and another friend said she worked with hiredhands eventhough she don’t have legal papers. They even hire illegals? How is that? I could report this company for labor malpractice. Their mgt. sucks, bec. they are supposed to correct this issues, no wonder they have high turnover. They said there is growth opportunity when you work for Hiredhands, naaahhh. only for those people they like. Can you believe that? Very frustrating to see the unprofessionalism among management staff, dress code, yeah right, enforcing it & yet I saw one of their supervisor walking the lobby with tattoo, & another also a supervisor wearing short short dresses, low cut tops and so loud when she talk & rude while talking to caregivers. I wonder how they managed to maintain these kinds of workers in their work place, & top it all these are supervisors? At any rate, I wonder how this company lasts for another years if they dont change their attitude. People either quit or simply walk away bec. of too much stress. Wake up before its too late! I’m glad I don’t work there anymore. My friends said they always call in bec. they will call you on short notices just to cover their butt and then get written up when they get lost or late to the site. Sum it all, Hiredhands is not a pleasant place to work. Go someplace else, where its stress free, they will just waste your time bec. of so many requirements you end up paying, and then after all what? no calls, simply they just dont like you, or no job, see what I mean.
