Wish I could give them zero stars! Service is super slow! They were out of corn on a cob, biscuits, and original chicken (after I had already paid). Every single I come here they are out of something I want. I will never come back to this place again! This happens all the time!

I wish i could give 0 stars. This is by far one of the worst kfc’s i have been to and i didnt even make it past the ordering box. I came through the drive thru on 6÷17÷16 around 6 – 6:10pm. The guy in the car in front of me looked upset and kept saying «what are these people doing?» Theres was only one car at the pick up window and we waited for at least 10 minutes before someone finally came on and took his order. Then he went to the window and i pulled up to the box, and waited for exactly 5 minutes and said «hello?» Because nobody ever came on. Someone in a rude tone told me to hold on. I waited at least another 5 minutes as customers behind me backed out and left and the customer in front sat at the window waiting for his order still! I said «hello?» again n the same guy told me to wait again. I just said whatever and started to back out and leave and as i did i hear the guy through the box say «people are so f*#%^** annoying!»… Lol this place is pathetic. Im sure they will probably shut down soon and if they dont they need a major remodel of the building and staff!

Love this place everything is always fresh and quick! I have had nothing but great service from them.

Not from Napa but I work there. I’ve went to this KFC a few times and service was really slow. Management needs to be aware to this! It takes up lots of my lunch time! I understand places gets busy but this is suppose to be FAST FOOD and the wait time is ridiculous! I shouldn’t have to wait 25 minutes in the drive thru line when there is only 2 cars in front of me! This has happened all 3 times I have came here! HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR HELP!

The only good thing about KFC is the sides. They make decent biscuits, gravy, mashed potatoes&cole slaw… beyond that, you’ll feel as sickly as if you had hit the nearest Chipotle.
The intercom at the drive-​thru doesn’t work, so you have to pull up to the pickup window to give your order. It’s abrupt, curt, and unfriendly once you reach the window. And it’s not fast food either. The place is still filthy and pathetic. It makes El Pollo Loco look gourmet.

This place is an absolute fucking joke the guy insulted me as if I was a dumb though KFC is good the fucking employees there don’t deserve the fucking money they’re being payed for that 9.00 Anjel is the worst employee possible he was giving me and my girlfriend some dirty ass looks.

Angel is the orst employee I have ever encountered at a fast food establishment is distasteful courtesy caused me to lose my appetite from 0 to 100. If you ever get a job at another place I want you to know Angie you will never get another fucking job on the face of this fucking planet with that type of sore ass attitude I’ve been blessed by an Angel an angel of shitty customer fucking service

This place just sucks bottom line they sell drugs out of the drive thru there food is always cold ill never go back again.

Best fried chicken in the world ONLY ONE Col Sanders ! The new hot Nashville chicken is absolute perfection.

Worst customer service I have ever received at a fast food place. So unfriendly! I have been many times In hopes of seeing a different worker hoping maybe it’s only that one guy that’s unfriendly. Buy unfortunately it’s always the same guy. I have only experienced slow service once which happen to be today.

I went to KFC at Jefferson St. In Napa. Upon arrival I received a very nice smiley and warm welcome from Avian, she’s great, also another young lady who was putting the two large family orders together, sorry I didn’t get her name. Both were awesome, all food and packing were well done. Thank you!

Gave them one more try but ordered 12 chicken strips instead of roasted chicken. I asked if it would be fresh since we have had poor quality food in the past. They told me they would cook some fresh and I waited in my car. Thanked the young man for making them fresh and drove home. There were about 6 edible pieces in the bucket and the rest were so hard they couldn’t be chewed.

This place is horrible! I had a problem with my drive-​through meal when I tried to call no one answered the phone, I tried again, same thing. After five attempts at calling I drove back and asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise (not) there was no manager on duty. They never have chicken ready even if it’s dinner time or they are out of whatever it is you want. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Years after my original review of this shop, and nothing has changed. The staff is still incompetent, and the store is still dirty. See pictures…

I have also experienced the «we already stopped cooking» way before the closing time. But, tonight, I started calling both KFC’s in Napa at about 8:45 to find find out opening time of tomorrow, both phones would ring once then they would go silence. Tried about 6 times. Last time I called was a little after 9 pm (Sat) the phone finally rung several times but noone answered. No opening time stated on website. Frustrating!

I tend to not review fast food places because I think its pointless, but right now I cant resist.
We went last night, as a last resort to beat the 90 degree heat and late dinner. The food was mediocre, as always, but was served very quickly. However what is currently driving this review is the girl behind the counter:
Michelle was pleasant cheerful and helpful. She greeting me the moment I walked in, asked what I wanted, and offered suggestions to save me a few bucks. She properly counted back my change, confirmed my order twice and even showed me where everything was packed before I walked out.
I’ve had worse service at a 4 star restaurant than I got from her. That girl deserves a raise and a better position now!
