so many great Halloween decorations. I bought some last year and am excited to add to my collection this year!

This place at first was super creepy. all over the place there are old masks, dolls, and other odds and ends. Then you pass through a mini hall way and there hang beautiful angel ornaments with glittery ribbons. This place is a great little shop to check out if you are a non drinker and your friends are going up the road to wine taste.

The signs alongside the roadside announce garden and interior decorations, but don’t hint at the sheer variety of eclectic items for sale and rent at Michael Holmes. I felt like I’d entered an Aladdin’s cave filled with treasures, including furniture, knickknacks, clothing, and gifts – some of which Michael uses in his event planning business. There were some beautiful outdoor hanging lanterns I’ve never seen anywhere else, plus a gorgeous velvet settee, and very fashionable fedoras. Even though I wasn’t prepared to drop $ 1000+ on the settee, I easily could have afforded to pick up a hat. But I was astounded by the great price on loads of Chiavari event chairs. At $ 19 a piece, they are a steal. I wasn’t at all surprised to hear that a woman who is planning her daughter’s wedding bought 100 of them because she couldn’t rent them for a better price. This shop is truly a hidden gem that I’m looking forward to browsing through again when I’m next in Napa.
