It’s a nice place but the employees are late and the hours are not posted online ( Unilocal, Website)
They certainly know their products and are pleasant but higher than usual prices and inconsistent hours have me reconsidering my next visit.

Don’t let the term «smoke shop» fool you. I smoke … I needed cigs … stopped in because it was on my way home and it’s super convenient. WOW what a disappointment!
It appears they cater to the Hookah and BONG crowd. Store was dark. Cig select was hmmm POOR! The clerk was nice and friendly — and I don’t hold him responsible for what they stock — unless he is the owner!
Hey Mighty Quinn — don’t call yourself a «tobacco shop» if your not going to provide products to all smokers!

They do not keep their stock up. Almost every time i’ve gone in for E Cigarette products they have been out!!! This time i asked them if they would could order it from another location and they said yes. Got a phone call yesterday telling me the product was in and i could pick it up anytime. Went to the Napa location to get it but when I arrived was told that it wasn’t there. I was sooooo mad because I went out of my way to get it. I will not be going back again!!! Decided to order the product on line and was able to get it much cheaper.

Didn’t realize what they actually sell until the other day. So glad I finally did.
Needed a new pipe. Walked in. Was completely overwhelmed. But, the woman who helped was so ridiculously knowledgeable about their assortment that she had me on my path to a new pipe in no time.
Reasonable prices and great quality and a huge ass assortment.
