Napa Neat Cleaning Service

I’m so disappointed in Napa Neat, and so bummed to be updating my review. Originally I left them a 5 star review two years ago (their first review in fact), but their quality & professionalism has really fallen off.
We’ve been having problems with them for the last few months. From forgetting to dust, to tracking dirt onto our white carpets (we even purchased disposable shoe covers to help) to spraying caustic white spray inside our oven & forgetting to wipe it off, there hasn’t been a good cleaning in about three months, although I’ve paid them on time each time, & sent Diego pictures each time as an FYI so he can use them to retrain the cleaners. One scratched up 48″ Jenn-​Air range and one ruined dresser are about all we can take on top of all the cancellations, reschedules and sloppy work. I think they grew too big, too fast… Diego’s response to our unhappiness was that we are at the original price (before our reviews and recommendations helped them grow) & we should be paying more. They now have larger homes & more clients, which shows in all the times they’ve come late or rescheduled our cleanings to clean those higher priority (higher paying) homes.
Well, now they have one less house on their busy, busy schedule. What a shame!

Napa Neat was fantastic! Diego made scheduling easy, and Christina and
Misha were miracle workers, my Dad’s house was a disaster and Napa Neat truly saved me from days a work in only 8 hours! Thank you all so so much!

We needed move-​out cleaners on short notice and Napa Neat delivered. Diego was very professional and kept us informed via text regarding when the cleaners would arrive. The cleaners did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

NapaNeat and owner/​manager Diego are absolute angels. They CARE, they are fair, they are excellent house cleaners, and Diego is an excellent communicator — even via text! My mother has been very ill & unable to keep her home clean, and NapaNeat came to the rescue and cleaned her house beautifully — it did wonders for my mother’s morale! Now we will have them come regularly to help care for her home so she can focus on caring for her ailing health. Don’t hesitate to call on NapaNeat — just don’t take my mother’s time slot! Haha! Seriously though — they are dependable and know how to clean WELL! Napa is LUCKY to have them!

We have use many cleaning services and Napa Neat is by far the best. Our house is sparkling and we couldn’t be happier! We had been using a different Napa based cleaning service for the past 6 months and really felt like they were cutting corners and cleaning way too quick to be thorough so we called Napa Neat, and WOW! This is how a house should be cleaned!

I texted/​emailed five places for bi-​weekly and monthly estimates for cleaning my home. Napa Neat was the only company to get back to me and they provided a very fair price. I have never had a housecleaner, but from the get go, the communication was very prompt and clear and Diego was very flexible with scheduling. I didn’t realize that we had scheduled the apt on the same day I had an outpatient surgery procedure but he accommodated a request for them to come a bit later. The ladies arrived a bit early but they came in and got right to work. I can’t say how nice it was to come home groggy and uncomfortable to the most clean and beautiful my home has EVER looked! I had just picked everything up off the floor, but for the first deep clean, they even put things away and did some very light organization. It felt so amazing! I feel like their prices are fair and the job they did was more than I could have asked for. I can’t wait for them to come back and we feel safe and comfortable having them for as long as they will come. Thank you so much!

They were fast and affordable. They were very nice ladies and really paid attention to detail. I recommend them without any doubt!

Napa Neat did a great job cleaning our house. They were very thorough, taking time to ensure everything was done right. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaner! They were also easy to work with, very responsive to my last minute request to change times. Looking forward to having them back next month!
