Nine West Outlet

I really enjoyed my experience in here yesterday, Rebecca was so nice and friendly and helped me find 2 great pairs of shoes, 1 fun and 1 for work. The store is nice, clean and very organized. She’s definitely a 5 star kind of gal, thank you!
A little issue, I wore the shoes out of the store and went straight to dinner, the little piece on the heel broke as I was walking into the restaurant, I was bummed especially cause I knew my hotel was far away. I called Rebecca and she set a new pair aside for me. I had to drive an hour round trip out of my way this morning which was frustrating, the Manger working wasn’t that sympathetic towards me when I told her and just said well you could have gone somewhere else, there’s one in San Fran (how would I know this?) She just didn’t seem to be so friendly and I definitely didn’t have that same exciting experience as I did when I was with Rebecca last night.
But I’m glad I have a new pair of shoes and I’m excited to wear them this weekend!

I loved the Nine West Outlet for years and years. I’ve literally ordered over 20 pairs of shoes from the outlet. I wear a size that is difficult to find and loved the fact they were willing to find and charge send shoes to me. Apparently, the store is no longer willing to do charge sends on Clearance merchandise. The unwillingness to do a charge send a single pair of clearance shoes caused me to leave with no shoes instead of the four pairs I wanted, one which was on clearance. Oh well.

Love shopping at Nine West outlets, and my friend and I picked up on some really cute short leather boots here. Luckily we made the purchase together to get an additional 50% off on one pair, and each pair of boots had an additional $ 10 off! We definitely scored out on our purchases here! One of the employees was so helpful and helped me with my debate on buying a size bigger as I wasn’t wearing a pair of socks to see how it would fit. Store was nice and tidy, and liked how it was so brightly lit.
