I work in the outlets so I’ve been eating here almost everyday for the last 3 years and this place is my absolute favorite! The people here are amazing. Chris, Tracy, Jason, Pat. all of them! I love them. Their customer service skills are through the roof and they always brighten my day. They have a wide variety of yummy foods including spaghetti, mashed potatoes, raviolis, hamburgers, meatloaf, tri tip, shrimp, chicken strips ect! Omg i could go on and on but I think it’s good to end it here before I go crazy and actually pull you here myself. Go and try this place out :) You won’t be disappointed.

Ok so i have been ordering here for a while since i live nearby. But now i probably wont go back. I used to love the salads but the last few times i ordered chicken ceasar salads the lettuce is already old wrinkly amd has brown spots that its not fresh anymore! And for the 7.50 they charge i rather make a fresh one at home! I have ordered grilled cheese which is good but the french fries have extreme seasoning amounts its impossible to eat. There might be some good stuff but salads need to be checked t make sure they are fresh croutons have been stale on my salads and wayyyyy over priced!!!

The make cashier with caked on makeup was not personable. He looked at me and did a not so suttle up and down check with his head and continued to do his job. No smile was on his face until he was in the back in the kitchen talking with his fellow associates. When I received my order he refused to make eye contact. I said thank you several times and not a thank you or your welcome was offered. The grilled chicken was dry, but there was gravy. However the gravy was on the salty side. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box. Thankfully the broccoli was good. Mind you no drink was offered, nor were there any prices on the menu board for the drinks.

If you would like professional delivery that brings you the meal you ordered, I would advice you to maybe try your luck elsewhere. I ordered lunch today from this restaurant, and patiently waited for my order to be delivered. When forty minutes had passed after the estimated time of arrival given to me upon ordering, I called the restaurant to see if there was an issue. I was then put in contact with the delivery person, who said that she had knocked on my front door, and upon not being answered, she gave my two meals to a gardener I do not know. I told her that she could not have possibly knocked at the correct house being as I was sitting on the front porch the entire time, playing with a toddler. I confirmed the address and the specific location notes I had given, and she had little to say except that she has not followed the instructions. There was no offer of redelivery, but upon request I was reinbursed my money. I understand that mistakes happen, but this delivery service seems very unprofessional. They took my cellphone number and said they would call if there was a delivery issue, but rather than calling, they gave my meals to a person on the street. Very unprofessional.

I recently had Suppertime cater refreshments for my father’s memorial service. I was looking for a caterer who offered regular food rather than the fancy(and expensive) route so common in the Napa Valley these days, and Maureen came up with the perfect menu to represent my dad’s Italian heritage at a more than reasonable price. She and her helper were on time and set up a wonderful spread. The meatballs were especially fabulous. Since I had overestimated the number of people attending, they packaged up some of the leftover food for me to eat during my stay in Napa and took the rest to a shelter. I highly recommend Suppertime for catering and look forward to getting a meal there during my next trip to Napa.

Stopped by during our shopping trip. I ordered the meatloaf and i must say, it was good. I wish the gravy was lighter. I think they used flour for thickening. It makes it a little pasty. A touch more garlic and onions, touch of herbs like tyme or rosemary… and presto… perfect foil for their great meatloaf. Husband had the tritip sandwich. It was tender, but it too could use some more herbs and salt rubbed on before cooking. My suggestion, dont be afraid to create a flavor profile. The potential is here for some really stand out food. If it doesn’t say wow in your mouth, it won’t in ours. I will eat here again

Surprisingly delicious and fresh for a spot @ the Outlet food-court. I got the open faced Turkey sandwich with mashed potato and cranberry. It was real carved turkey, not the usual turkey deli style. My husband ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with tortilla soup. They’re both yummy. Try this place when you’re at the Napa Outlet Store.

Best TriTip french dip sandwich on the planet along with the fries. The complete turkey dinner is also excellent.

First time I have been to Suppertime since they moved. I left without one bag, which contained two salads. I noticed it when I got home and called immediately. The person I spoke with apologized and said they would deliver it to my door within 10 minutes, and they did. It is rare to get that kind of service. In addition, there is a varied menu, reasonably priced and good quality.

The owners are really kind and went above and beyond to make dinner deliveries possible to a remote part of Napa. Even changed an element of their website to make purchasing a gift card possible and hand delivered the gift card to an employee’s house for use later that evening. Now i really didn’t expect that. Maureen was very responsive and accommodating and would highly recommend their dinner delivery service to all Napa residents.

I found this place on Unilocal!I was shopping in the area and wanted a sandwich and it was right in the shopping strip. The sandwich was sooo incredibly large and well worth the money! Packed with Tri-tip, I only was able to eat half the sandwich. The lady at the register was so very sweet and very personable too. I definitely will be back when I’m in napa again.

Wonderful shrimp salad, the romaine was fresh and crisp and the shrimps were medium sized. They use real butter on their bread so good.

First time coming to supper time. I got the the spaghetti with meat sauce. I think $ 8 is a little much for pasta at a mall, but it sounded good.(Minus one star for pricing at a food court) I asked if they have a mall employee discount– because most food court places do– and he says«no… But we have a family discount» Oh– rad! Can you adopt me real quick! What the heck? Why is that information I need to know? And REALLY. You charge your kids to eat at your restaurant? Ok… I was pleased at the portion size. Bigger than expected, two large pieces of obviously home made garlic bread. The bread was great! The pasta was eh. Kinda reminded me of what chef boy-r-d pasta would taste like. But it was still ok, so I guess I’m good with that. (Minus one star for quality of food. Good but not great) I would definitely come back again for a lunch break… But not daily because of the price. One last note: the response from the manager/owner to the girl about the food poisoning experience was rude and uncalled for. Unilocal is a place where– sorry to say– everything gets to be told. Yea, she should have called to save the next patron a stomach ache… But she has every right to post openly about your restaurant without being bashed about it. Professionalism! Geeze.(Minus one star for rookie mistake)

FOODPOISONING! There really are no good food options in and immediately around the Napa Outlets. Bought the bow-tie pasta salad and bottled water from Suppertime for lunch. Several hours later, I recognized symptoms of food poisoning and reflected on what I had eaten during the course of the day. Realized that I had not had a restaurant meal for several days and I am extremely picky and fastidious in my food preparation at home. I NEVER have food poisoning if I eat exclusively at home. And, I must admit, it is unusual for me to have food poisoning at all lately. Perhaps the restaurants are pretty careful or I choose the restaurants carefully. Anyway, I instantly knew who the culprit was this time! Fortunately, it was a mild case but still unpleasant. I felt it was important to write this review so, if they do actually care(and they might), they will know that they need to take more precautions or have more oversight. I was there on Sept 27, 2013. Will take my own food and have a picnic at the tables outside the food court next time.

Definitely the best place to eat at when you’re at the Napa Outlet mall. They cater so I have ordered a couple meals when I didn’t feel like cooking. Their St. Patty’s dinner was super huge and yummy. The tri tip was excellent. The turkey dinner is okay. I ordered the family meal and everything except for the turkey was good. Turkey was sliced a little too small for my taste. Not sure if it’s because I picked it up at 6:30pm and they didn’t have much turkey left. I guess I will go back to the tri-tip and try the other dishes. The food has a homemade feel, so don’t expect gourmet. But it’s pretty good.

because I’ve grown up around this town, I get to go here more often than some of the tourists and whatnot, you learn to love the lady that works here, she is very kind and generous and helpful. if you want a good home cooked meal this is the place to go, decent prices, special meals every day, and they even deliver for a reasonable price. Used Suppertime as the lunch caterer for my company’s team retreat. They were great! Maureen was very easy to work with, and her prices were reasonable. They delivered sandwiches out to the Heron Lake Ropes Course so that we could eat there as a break in our team building adventure. Sandwiches were nothing fancy, but that’s what we expected — turkey, ham, and veggie sandwiches, chips, sodas, and water. Everything was assembled well, and ingredients were fresh.

They have great food! If you are ever craving a homemade turkey dinner, they have it year round! I’m picky about«stuffing» but theirs is wonderful! My husband and I just moved near them and so they will know us by name soon! Their fries are incredible and they have a great burger, too. Don’t love the ambience at the Outlets, but sure love Suppertime!

Basically 2.5 stars. They try, the service is good, it’s an indy and not a chain but still… just ok. It won’t be suppertime or dinnertime for me here again. Gosh, I really need to work on expanding my description don’t I? Is a review still UF or C if it’s summed up in two sentences?
