I have been a Peet’s Coffee fanatic for 10+yrs. I have ALWAYS had excellent service from the Napa store. My job takes me all over the bay but this Peets WAS my favorite. The past two times I have went in for my beloved 4 shot latte I have walked out with nothing from the RUDE, dismissive behavior from two different girls at different times. I will never go back. The manager needs to get this under control. Customer service is lacking. I spend at least 45 – 50 dollars a week at Peet’s.Weither you see me once a week or everyday. I am a loyal customer and deserve a better experience. I will also be contacting corporate!

Consistency seems to be an issue. Went in last Saturday and ordered my usual Café Solano. The coffee-water ratio was way off. I put a drop of cream in it and it was completely white and tasted like water. Told the barista it wasn’t made correctly. She said medium roast is like that. Told her no, I always order this and it doesn’t taste like water and is still brown when cream is added. Poured out half and had her add dark roast. Still didn’t taste the best but I needed my caffeine.

This is the best Peet’s location in Napa! Everytime I go visit my mother in law, we all go to this location, the coffee is the best! They have the best iced mocha’s! STRONG! nice, clean location also very nice people working behind the counter. Will be back later on in the day!

This is one of the worst Peet’s Coffee locations I’ve ever been to. Not only was it disgusting inside, but there were only two people working on a Sunday at 12:00 noon. I mean honestly, I thought Peet’s was one of the best coffee companies out there, but it clearly shows how they aren’t training their employees on proper scheduling, or if they’re just not treating employees right in the first place. Very disappointing.

The last few times I have come to study with a big cup of coffee and a snack, the wifi has been so terrible I can’t even fully load a webpage, even if I am the only one in the shop using a computer. I’m paying to be in the space and use the wifi, so it’s really disappointing when I have to take my coffee to go and find somewhere else with wifi (often spending even more money and becoming much more caffeinated than needed). If a business is going to offer wifi to their customers, it needs to make sure it is wifi that works.
All in all, it’s a convenient location to stop by for coffee while grocery shopping, but the so-so quality and the slow wifi make it not worth coming back.

The staff is always friendly, well maybe not always but most of the time. Helpful, doesn’t seem to be in a hurry, and makes you feel welcome. The coffeeshop is in between Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods. Several times I went here and they usually give me discount coupons! Last Saturday I went here & tried the Javiva– I ordered the chocolate caramel, when I told the lady that I saw it from fb and would like to try it, she automatically gave me a discount. That made the drink extra sweet!

I’ve been back to Peet’s a handful of times since I swore off Peet’s after a rather catty barista. Only because I was given a gift-card for the holidays. To be honest, I wasn’t very excited. The coffee was a little strong for me, and I didn’t know what would be my style.
Well, I tell ya —
The staff was pleasant, welcoming, helpful and quick with making the drink that they suggested. Each time I tried something different, and was pretty happy (except for this Brulee’ drink way too sweet for my taste), nonetheless the tart iced tea was so yummy!
The décor has changed making the café much more welcoming– with Clubman chairs and a communal table in the center. It feels less like a strip mall addition, and more like a cozy café.
Chalking the past review up to a cranky, relatable «we all have those moments» kind of days. The only drawback, I can’t seem to get a seat ya’ll so busy! Better come off peak time for a primo outside sunny seat.

plunked between two large ass groceries, it was caffeine time before heading out to dinner. WIth the French Laundry remodel and closure I spotted the Wine Director enjoying some caffeine too. Large black iced tea to tide me over before the meal. Place is packed to the hilt but we’re lucky to score an inside table. Chatting and caffeinating then making our way into the night

It’s the holidays and the seasonal drinks resurfaces. Ordered a Pumpkin Latté using my Unilocal check-in offer. Saved myself a dollar! It pays to check-in.
Pumpkin Latté was on the sweet side. Surely on my next visit I’ll be requesting for half sweeten. It was a delightful taste of change. I enjoyed it.
Customer service is great and it was cozy enough to take a break from shopping. While I was waiting for my drink I believe I was sitting on a church bench. I’ve found it to have character and surprisingly comfortable.

Not only is the coffee amazing but the staff really makes this place here in Napa!
We all want smiles, friendly people but more importantly our coffee orders delicious, precise & quick. I’ve never had my coffee order wrong, never dull and I’m never waiting more than a couple minutes.
Great spot to read the paper, catch up on some work or even meet with friends for a slice of heaven.
This place is very popular so don’t get discouraged when you see a long line! It goes by quickly.

Every time I come back to this shopping center it gets bigger and bigger and better and better. Yes the Whole foods is one of my favorites. This Peet’s is also one of my favorites… the line is usually out the door at 9 in the morning… reason is this is the only Peet’s around. Yes there are 7 Starbucks in the neighborhood… but you want Peet’s.
Today while waiting in line the man behind me worked for Hess Vineryards and for 20 minutes I got to chat up a very knowledgeable man about wine and their wines…2013 is going to be the bomb for reds!!!
Definitely grab a drink here and soak up the local color… it is very nice.
