This place is shit… the owner greets you and begins to kiss your ass because he knows he’s going to fuck you over. Food is a C– and it’s astronomically over priced! Please trust… this place is garbage! AVOID

This place is great! We were so hungry and craving some good no-frills Mexican food here in Napa Valley. We found this gem. Great patio, very clean, very comfortable place and very affordable. Which is hard to find in Napa. The service is outstanding! Roman is the best! The food came out fast and it was hot. Tasted great! If you want a very authentic Mexican meal, this is the place to go. We will most definitely be back for more!

We stopped in for lunch, on a beautiful sunny day in Napa. This restaurant is conveniently located across the street from the Napa Premium Outlets, where we had been shopping. We had their lunch special chili relleno and enchilada(which came w/rice, beans & a small salad). All for $ 9.95. Had to try a margarita; one for $ 6.50. They serve nice chips that they make, their salsa has little bits of garlic, onion & lil pieces of avocado in – very tasty. Our meal was very good enjoyed outside on their patio. Margaritas were fresh & fresca. Staff is exceedingly friendly. We shared that we are new to Napa. Owner ‘Roman’ & his son ‘Rafael’ welcomed us kindly. We’ll be back.

The waitress recommended the Chile Verde wet burrito. Just the right amount of spice. Put out the moderate flames with horchata. Delicious!

Kitchen partially exposed and microwave in frequent use — can hear the beeping of it from dining area Vegetarian beans are available but the rice has chicken stock in it. They forgot and put the rice in my taco despite our omitting rice from the dishes because we are vegetarian Water wasn’t checked after food was delivered to table Really friendly proprietor but not the most efficient … Slowest Mexican dining experience I’ve had in a while. For us, we would’ve been better stopping at a Taco Bell …

Presentation was fine. But the wet burritos(lengua and chicken) was really bland. BLAND. So was pretty disappointing. In the end a waste of $ 30. Not sure what the folks of Napa are used to, but was disappointing. Staff was pleasant enough. Doesn’t make up for the food.

Very clean restaurant and friendly service. Ordered regular burrito with shredded beef and it was large enough to stuff me. Not very spicy so ordered extra hot sauce. Came with chips and salsa. Overall a decent lunch and at a great price.

For the price the food was right on point. I had the chile Colorado wet burrito. Sauce was good, beef tender and packed with flavor. I’ll admit the chips weren’t the best but the salsa was pretty good. Service was very prompt and the bathroom was clean. If I’m in the area I’ll definitely come back.

Friendliest place I have been in a long time. The staff was great and seemed to know everyone there. Food was good but the verde sauce was amazing. Perfect flavor with the right amount of heat. I came at lunch time and my food was out in minutes, although it wasn’t crowded. Overall, I will be back for more chile verde.

Located next to the Napa Premium Outlets, this might be a good place to grab a beer and an appetizer while taking a break from shopping. The service is friendly, albeit extremely slow, and the food is alright. They do have decent chips and salsa which is nice if you’re hungry right away. We’ve tried a few dishes and below our the favorites. Sombrero — Think of this as a two tiered tostada. Two crispy flour tortillas layer with the meat of your choice, we chose red chile, then topped with cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Its a nice alternative to our normal cheese quesadilla and certainly worth checking out. I loved the crunch of the tortillas and the red chile is decent. However the black olives on top used as a garnish were gawd awful. Not sure if they were old, rancid or canned but dang they were gross. Next time Ill ask them to hold the olives. No. 3 Combo — This one is a taste of everything. Burrito, taco and enchilada served with rice and beans. For the price this is a really big plate of food. First off Id like to give the refried beans a shout out, so creamy and delicious. I could just eat them as my entrée with chips and salsa. So good. For the insides of my burrito and taco I chose shredded beef as I thought the enchilada was cheese only. I was wrong, shredded beef in all three items. The beef was decent enough but I was craving a cheese enchilada. Ah well, next time Ill be more clear. There are a lot of options for Mexican food around Napa and we’re slowly but surely trying them all. Glad we tried this one a few times and look forward to trying even more.

Conveniently located right across the street from the napa outlet mall. I had the chicken chimichanga which came with rice and beans. The chimichanga was good, but what surprised me was the tasty rice and beans. Normally, i consider that to be filler, but this was very delicious! I threw on some salsa and it was bomb!

We haven’t had much Mexican food since coming to Cali, so we thought we would grab a bite here in Napa. We Unilocaled it, of course, to find a place close to where we were staying. I was pretty excited since I saw that this place had 4 stars. I do want to say that the staff was extremely friendly and attentive and this is why I bumped them up a star, in my opinion. The food on the other hand wasn’t so great. I may have very high expectation on Mexican food since it’s my favorite. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and my husband orders chicken quesadillas… Pretty simple and standard you would think. The rice was bland. They give you chips and salsa right away. Not too excited about the chips but the salsa wasn’t bad. It’s actually what saved the enchiladas a bit since the sauce that it came with was different for lack of a better word. Overall, I wouldn’t go back to this restaurant no matter how friendly the owner and staff was to me.

Everything others have written about how friendly this place is, is totally true. The owner greets you at the door and makes you feel extraordinarily welcome. Was the food 5 stars? Not really but the pork was real, homemade and non greasy. Tres leches cake was yummy too. Carne asada was a bit bland but some of the copious free salsa perked it up. One note: if you are gluten-free be careful as almost all the sauces use flour instead of Corn starch. Still, pretty dang tasty and a major cut above a chain Mexican place. Their service and attitude ensures that 5th star.

After scouring the internet looking for the«best restaurant in Napa» we decided we had enough of the over priced, hoity toity restaurants you read about in magazines, and we just wanted some good basic mexican food. We tried out Quinto Patio Taqueria because of the great reviews from other fellow Unilocalers, and we were pleasantly surprised by not only how delicious the food was, but how friendly the owner and his son, Roman were! Roman took the time to explain exactly how the menu worked(which hasn’t changed in 21 years!). We both decided to go with the green chili pork — mine in an enchilada and a pork tamale with the green chili sauce on top, and my boyfriend went with the chimichanga. Everything we had was very good(and spicy) including the rice and beans! If you are looking to avoid the typical long waits and over priced food at most places in Napa, I would definitely recommend trying out Quinto Patio Taqueria. Encountering service as good and friendly as this is like a breath of fresh air!
