I absolutely love the quality of all of their products! One of my favorites is the white truffle oil I put some in my mashed potatoes and whip it up! It’s amazing!

Every single thing I’ve tried from their lines of gourmet food have been unreal! So delicious.
They have fruit vinegars like Cherry Cabernet, Champagne Pear, Chardonnay Peach, Blood Orange & more from their Napa Valley Vinegar Co line.
Their Napa Jack’s Spice Rubs are out of this world too. I really like the Chipotle Honey Rub — I’ve used it on grilled corn on the cob. Outstanding.

I am a lover of all things condiment. From mustard to soy sauce I cherish each and everyone of you. I hesitate to say which is my favorite in fear of hurting the feelings of the other condiments. But I can no longer keep quiet. There is one that has won me over and stolen my heart.
Wine Country Kitchens Honey Truffle Mustard.
Say it three times in a mirror on Halloween and a giant Easter ham will show up at your feet.
This mustard is like no other. And when people say you can add truffle to anything to make it taste better they weren’t kidding. It’s the absolute truth. And mustard is no exception. I found this wonderful jar of joy at Draeger’s Supermarket in San Mateo. I had a feeling when I first gazed upon the jar sitting on the shelf that this one would truly be special. And it did not disappoint.
My first test run of this mustard was spread on a Starbucks black forest ham sandwich. And oh YES! Each and every bite brought me to my knees. I was nearly in tears as I took my last bite. This is the mustard that we will all find in the afterlife. Even if you end up in that bad place I am sure it will be there.
