I used their services to send wine accross the Pacific to Hawaii. Not a single bottle broken. Most importantly was a young man named Matt Myers who helped resolve a problem with UPS in Houston, Texas. This problem was not even generated by the Napa store, but in Houston. He reassured me, followed up and through with every promise. He resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction and always«listened» to what I had to say. I appreciated his efforts resolving an issue that he never had anything to do with. His customer service was impeccable! With all the wine one can purchase in California, why pay an outrageous amount to have the wineries ship it… just come here and they will be responsible and helpful with the entire process. Hey, and if you have a chance to have Matt help you… you are blessed! My hat goes off to him!
