I am currently an employee here and I think it is amazing. We get to help people connect with their families and provide a service that it’s don’t know exists. The family treats you very well and the management is always willing to listen to suggestions and make changes if needed. You get paid vacation days and they pay you for holidays!
The best part is that with items we carry we always take suggestions seriously.

this online catalog of items is extensive and the customer service people go out of their way to help with any orders. They ship primarily to prisons and state hospitals but don’t gouge you with pricing so much. Love their follow up and immediate credits if due. Really nice experience the 3 times I’ve used their services, especially that Yanely Ramirez… had a communication issue with shipping costs of ordering on line myself versus a call in for assistance and he set me straight for further orders but gave a credit off their auto cost add on. Really prompt and so professional.
