They have so many flavor options here and tons of toppings! It’s in a great location and an awesome place to stop by for a treat if you’re in the area.

Glad my wife brought me here. Having a dairy protein allergy, figured I was just going to be sitting there watching her eat. They had a dairy free, Georgia Peach flavor I could eat! Just got a little bit to fill the bottom of the cup and some toppings to test it out. Good gracious, it was sooo delicious, I came back with my daughter for more!

Their pineapple frozen yogurt is above and beyond the best flavor. It tastes like the Dole Whip at Disneyland. I have noticed that sometimes during a rush the staff is overwhelmed. Definitely a great treat on a toasty afternoon!

Oh, YoBelle, how I do love thee… As someone who watches what goes into her body and who counts those calories and keeps fat to a minimum, YoBelle is the perfect treat. The frozen yogurts are largely fat free, and often you’ll find an NSA(no sugar added) offering as well. The flavors come in standards(vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, plain) and then many flavors that change — cheesecake, peanut butter, dulche de leche, mango, key lime, coconut, cookies and cream, and so many more. You’re surprised with something new each visit. Not sure what you want? That’s ok! Just ask the ultra-friendly helpers behind the counter for some tasting cups. You’ll be on your way to froyo-flavor discovery in no time! Once you’ve landed on your perfect flavor(or combination), just grab a big cup and serve yourself as much as you’d like. Once you’ve gotten yourself the perfect amount of frozen yogurt, you’re met with a huge array of delicious toppings, including freshly sliced strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, real whipped cream, crushed cookies, roasted chopped nuts — pistachios, walnuts, almonds, etc. — cereals, marshmallows, peanut butter cups, waffle cone pieces, bits of brownie, bits of cheesecake, mini m&ms, chocolate chips, vanilla chips, graham cracker crumbs… the list is really endless. My favorite YoBelle combo? Chocolate and Peanut Butter, a bit of whipped cream, and some roasted almond bits. How can you go wrong with that?! Once you’ve assembled your dream dessert, you put your pretty cup of frozen yogurt bliss on a scale where it is weighed and costed out at .49 cents per ounce(at time of this posting), and then you’re off… into yogurt heaven. Trust me, you’ll be craving this late nights during the warm summer months, where it stays open late to keep us cool and our sweet-tooth satisfied. This is a clean, well-lit, quaint little yogurt shop with indoor seating as well as a small outdoor seating area in front. Definitely one of my favorites. I think it will be yours, too.

Worst experience ever. «Manager Kathryn» told a solicitor that if he wanted to go up to each of their customers that he could but that they were not allowed to donate on shift. When I told her that I did want to be solicited in there she told me to go sit outside. Appalling. When I asked to speak to another manager/owner I was told ok, then she changed her mind and said she didn’t like to be bothered by customers. OMG I had to leave what I paid for because I was so upset. I don’t go out with my family to be accosted.

They always have a good selection of flavors and good toppings too! The people that work there are friendly and greet /acknowledge you when you walk in. It’s a convenient location with Target, Trader Joes and Whole Foods among many other businesses in the shopping area.

There is never enough coverage at this location. I feel for the employees as there never seems to be more than one person tending to the store at a time. I would have to agree with a previous post about the management; a good manager would be focused on the customer experience in an effort to ensure that customers continue to return. Instead, it appears that the manager is more focused on being penny wise at the cost of being dollar foolish. Aside from the surly attitudes of the staff, there is never any long lasting consistency in the flavors as it would appear that the person charged with ordering them is incapable of doing so. Go to the Yobelle downtown if you need to satisfy your frozen yogurt needs – or better yet, eat some fruit and skip the unnecessary sugar.

My first time try this. It’s good and when you’re under 80 °F weather. They’ve a large selection of topping for you. However, they don’t have too many yogurt flavor to choose from. That’s the only down side for getting a 5 star.

I love their yogurt for the most part, but more times or not when I am there at least 2 or 3 of their flavors aren’t working. Their toppings are always satisfying(love the cheesecake). The most unappealing part though is their service. Every time I am there the woman who has rung me up never even cracked a slight smile. I went there with a friend and it was almost as if we were a bother to her buying their product, while she immediately ran outside to give her friend something in a car in the parking lot as soon as the transaction went through. I’d still come back for their yogurt though.

Its hard for me to even give this place 1 star. The star is for the yogurt taste only. Do not go here UNLESS you want to be insulted, belittled, overcharged, and mocked. The staff here is out of control with their bad attitudes and rude behaviors. I will never go there again. I have been a total of 10+ times. There used to be a girl there that was very pleasant and understood the meaning of customer service. She clearly wised up and left/quit, but I can’t blame her after encountering the other staff members. The time before last I was in there, a part of the plastic that shapes the yogurt as it pours out, broke and a piece of it ended up in my yogurt. No big deal, I figured it was a harmless machine malfunction, and didn’t make a stink of it. I mentioned it to the gal at the cash register the next and last time(and I mean last time ever) I was in there.(after I waited for her to finally come out of the back room) She looked at me, shrugged her shoulders, semi-chuckled(insinuating I made it up), and said«your total is…» I politely paid as my blood was boiling and before I left I mentioned she should work on her customer service skills. She rolled her eyes, and in a caddy voice said«well have a nice day». THANKGOODNESS there is a far better Yobelle about 1.5 miles from this one, so I will only go there now. The staff at the downtown location is always friendly, knows customers by name, offers samples EVERYTIME you enter, and offer more discounts and promos for regular customers. Whatever you do, DONTGO to the Bel Aire location. Waste of time and money.

When you check into Yo’Belle you receive 10% off your yogurt purchase… Just showed mine to the cashier and she literally let out a huge sigh as if my 10% was an inconvenience to her job… Rude. Better manners lady. It’s called customer service.

I was initially excited about Yo Belle as it’s relatively close to where I live in Napa. Unfortunately I go here only rarely for a few reasons. First and foremost the owners apparently don’t care much about the quality of their staff or the cleanliness of their facility. In fact it doesn’t appear that the owners are here very often so I guess how would they know? The teenage girls behind the counter obviously have little training and even less concern about anyone seeing how they behave or how the store looks. Simply put, the outside is FILTHY. The tables have old, dried yogurt on them, the ground often has litter on it as well as more old, dried yogurt. Every time I walk by the single garbage can outside is literally overflowing with empty yogurt cups. All of this while the twits(sorry but that’s really what they are) inside yuk it up and text their crushes or whatever it is they’re doing that’s clearly more important to them than earning their pay. To be fair they’re just being teenagers, which is fine… and is also why the owners need to instill some sense of responsibility in them before letting them run the whole place on their own. If you don’t train them that being attentive and keeping the place clean will cost them their jobs guess what? They won’t do it. Beyond a poorly trained staff and a garbage strewn mess of a store, the yogurt isn’t all that great either. It’s passable, but certainly not the best I’ve had. The toppings bar is adequate but not impressive. Basically, if you just want some yogurt this place is tolerable at best, but if you’re expecting anything particularly pleasant or clean… not so much.

Creamy sweet yogurts, satisfied my craving after dinner at Whole Foods. At 45c/oz it’s the same price as in SF. Seems steep. I’m used to Yogurtland for under 40c/oz. Options include nonfat, no sugar added(pecan and pralines, not bad), low fat(peanut butter and yellow cake batter), sorbet option(pomegranate), and plain tart Standard toppings including Heath bar and Reese’s crumbles. Nothing extraordinary. Calorie markings(41 — 66 cal /2oz) above each handle almost deterred me but my sweet tooth won in the end!
