This place is great, if it weren’t for the far drive up north I’d be a more frequent customer. Couple was nice and very happy to talk about a ton of things they had.(I love the«World Trade Fair» collections”) What really had me was the prices on silver and vintage collectibles, defiantly a good trip.

Seriously withouth any exaggeration, the rudest most hate filled owners I have ever come across. We couldn’t even get in the door without being yelled at and told if my kid breaks something I’d have to pay for it(I purposely left my 1 year old outside with my husband to be sure she wouldn’t touch anything but my older one is extremely well behaved!!!)… couldn’t say much about the product because I wasn’t even given a chance to check out the store(that I was so excited about but left with seriously hurt feelings) but any self respecting person should stay far away from supporting an obviously miserable couple. Will definitely never be back!

I tried to shop here today. I came at 3pm and was rudely told i needed to leave unless i was ready to purchase something. According to the sign on the front door they dont close till 5 today. Whatever. Ill buy my antiques somewhere else.

I like this place. My wife is a real antique enthusiast, and they never fail to come up with all sorts of great gift ideas for me. The people are a great help, and always friendly, and they seem to have everything!

The assortment of jewelry here is outstanding! I expected an antique shop in downtown Naperville to be disgustingly overpriced, but most earrings were around $ 15. The post cards, salt and pepper shakers, toys, and mammy items are worth a look. But there is also a lot of glass trinkets taking up space. A-1 is an antique shop, but there’s far too much thrift shop glassware and furniture here. Just because it is old, that doesn’t make it an antique or worth anything. Worth a look if you’re casually browsing in the area, but probably not worth checking out if you’re into serious antique shopping or hunting for a specific item.

I came here on the Saturday before Mother’s Day desperately searching for last minute gifts. After finding a cute ceramic flower basket I thought my future mother in law would like, the woman working the counter told my fiancé and I that they were closing, if we were just browsing we needed to leave. If we were actually interested In buying something they would stay open, but if we were just browsing they were closing now. Really? Well I certainly was interested in buying something until that happened! As most stores don’t close until the last customer is gone, I was pretty turned off and abandoned my find. We were then basically escorted out by the other gentleman working(we were not lingering btw). Really soured my whole experience, and I happily spent my money at a neighboring store. I added a star just because they have nice antiques. Try working on your customer service.

I absolutely love this place. Each time I find myself going here(which tends to be years apart) I always find something I love and feel like I can’t live without. I recently went in and saw about 12923 rings I wanted to make mine along with a few fantastic dresses. The best part is that the dresses/jackets/clothes are really reasonably priced which can be hit or miss for vintage clothes. Everything is organized and there is a huge table full of beautiful«let’s have a serious tea-party» kind of teacups which is right up my alley. This is only one reason why I wouldn’t recommend bringing children in here at all. They also have an awesome stash of salt and pepper shakers that amuse me to pieces! 20% odd, 80% rad. My friend spotted an old Canon(perhaps and wanted to know more about it and the owner came out and gave a plethora of information. Super informative and talked about it with a smile on his face. I intend to make my bop-ins more frequent. Definitely give this great little shop your business! It’s a great way to spend some time!

I really enjoyed browsing around the store. They have some unique and interesting items. They keep the store clean and organized. My only negative was the service could be a bit friendlier otherwise a nice way to spend an hour or so when you’re in downtown Naperville.

The most organized Antique store I have ever been too… such a fun place to browse… I didn’t find anything I was looking for but there were a lot of «treasures». A lot of nice furniture and household items. Everything there is like nice antiques and not junk antiques…

This is where I went for Small Business Saturday. Anyone who loves old postcards(like I do) will love this place. I could have spent hours in the postcard room alone. Some of them are new and can actually be mailed, and some used which is also pretty cool because A) you could frame it instead of use it, and B) it adds to the history/interest of the card. I saw one with a perfectly legible 1906 cancelation on the stamp. This is also a great shop to find unique gifts for the more interesting people on your holiday gift list(I wish I could say what I found, but I can’t till after Christmas). What I really loved was all the milk glass, old collector items like Poppin Fresh, and various ashtrays and dishes, some of which I remember my grandparents had when I was a kid. And there is a huge selection of witty salt & pepper shakers and, as others have mentioned, jewelry(some a little to spendy for my blood). You just don’t know what you’ll find so it’s worth checking out to see if something calls out to you that just reminds you of someone.

Very heavily stocked antique store for the small space. Has a «closet» full of apparel and accessories, very nice glass display cases for jewelry and other artifacts. Check out the new age items in the«closet» very nice stuff. The back room is all for comics collectors. All around a very pleasant surprise in downtown Naperville. They are located immediately adjacent to Zazu’s on Washington.

Family owned store that has everything an antique hunter could possibly need! Vintage Clothing bursting out of the seams, a room full of nifty old postcards and other trinkets of times gone by! Step on in, well organized, clean and friendly.
