Aaron is fantastic! This is the best wireless phone store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Aaron, Kevin, Mark, and their awesome manager Chris were ALL so knowledgable and helpful. I won’t bore you with the many complications of my situation I will just say thank you to all of them for taking the time to explain, explain, and explain again to me (I’m a little technology challenged) but they made sure I understood all of my options. I knew I was making an educated decision about the best plan for my family. I can not say enough about these kind and patient technical associates. I will always recommend this store! Not to mention how clean and organized the store is! Thanks to all of you for putting my interest above your own. Happy Holidays!!!

Terrible, terrible service. I needed a new phone and all the clerk wanted to do was discuss my contract and add services.
Then I asked to compare different iPhones. This was impossible to do as the phones were at least 30 feet apart. How does a person compare features and the feel of different phones when they are not in close proximity?
And even worse, there isn’t a chair in the store. There are phones on all of the walls but the interior of the store is wide open. I was in the store last year, and I had to stand for over an hour and a half just waiting to be helped. I went back this time only because the store is so close to my house. This is a mistake that I won’t make again.
I left the ATT store and walked to the Apple Store. What a difference. Waited on immediately, able to compare iPhones, all from a comfortable stool.
I will never use this ATT store again. It is so customer unfriendly.

Surly is the perfect word to describe some of the employees. With the way I was treated over simple questions, I’m surprised this location does any business at all. I came in planning to upgrade my service and buy an in-​stock phone, but they lost my sale completely.
