Terrible service. Slow. Employee wandered around before and after asking what I want. Boba tea is awful. Boba was a frozen chunk on the bottom. Baked goods sometimes taste stale. Owner is rude.

Bini Bakery is a small open shop located inside H-Mart(Asian supermarket). Go through the doors on the left side of the supermarket because that’s where all of the eateries are. I really like the fact that this bakery is suppose to replicate a bakery that you would see in Chinatown(less the number of types of bread). All of the individual standing asian bakeries in Naperville have failed, and I think this is the last one standing. The lady working the cash register has been there as long as I can remember(5+ year), and she’s always the face that you see when checking out. She’s very sweet, always greets customers, and always willing to help out! If you’re craving some bread, or wanting to try a little taste of what a Chinatown bakery is like, I would definitely stop by. They are always having specials like buy one get one half off or buy one get one free for day old bread, but it’s still good. If you can make it out to Chinatown, Bini really cannot compare to the sheer amount of choices, freshness, and deliciousness that awaits in an asian bakery. Really though, the two cannot compare. Also, the prices in Chinatown are cheaper, but there is also more competition there.

BUBBLETEA: it’s very small and overpriced. $ 3.75. Flavor is kind of bland as if it’s watered down. It’s alright not very good.

After shopping for our Japanese junk food needs at H-mart, my teenage son and I cannot help ourselves from stopping at Bini on our way out. «Morning Bread» needn’t be eaten only in the morning. ;) –big fluffy yeast rolls, generously filled with sweet cream and dusted with almonds. I teach bread classes and am very selective about giving out«bread praise» to anybody. While I cannot comment on any other breads there, their Morning Bread is worthy of my praise; although, it is equally good as it is heart clogging. And very dangerous for me to buy a bag of them. Eight grouped together in a round of pull-aparts. –I could eat them all within 2 days. As any child of mine will tell you, the bread is only improved by being chased down with Bini smoothies. They are nothing short of straight liquid fruit in a cup. Order with or without boba, it’s all personal preference. Unlike other Asian smoothie menus, this one is severely limited though. Bini Bakery typically only has a few options and although blueberry is on the menu, they’ve yet to have blueberries in the half a dozen times I’ve ordered there. But, while they might be limited in choices, the ones they have are perfection. Especially the peach or mango. A diet buster for sure. There is a $ 5 minimum for the use of debit/credit cards here. Boo. I never carry cash, so this is the real kicker and the reason I always end up buying Morning Bread with my son’s smoothie. I say that and yet I am fully aware that I could just arrive with $ 5. I don’t though. I prefer being forced to buy bread. I let him skip school twice a year to spend the day with me and this is *always* where we end up. Sushi and smoothies. It’s his happy place. If he’s happy then I’m happy.

Nice little bakery within the Super H-Mart plaza. They had a special sale of buy 2, get 1 free so my 2 friends and I pitched in to buy some pastries. I got a cream bread, I forgot what it’s called but it’s sweet bread with cream filling inside. I didn’t not really like the cream because it was a bit too sweet and kind of buttery. I can just feel my arteries being clogged after eating that bread… I would try other stuff that are savory and not sweet next time I go. I hope the sale is an ongoing thing! They sell cakes and coffee/milk tea here, too!
