I went here over the weekend to go shopping for bridesmaid’s dresses. There was a group of 5 of us (bridesmaids) and the bride. Our consultant was kind and listened to what the bride wanted in a dress, but was not much help in finding us dresses that fit the style we were looking for. Instead, she told us to just start pulling dresses off of the racks. There is only one of each type of dress, so each of the bridesmaids had to take turns trying on the dresses that we liked. 5 bridesmaids all trying on the same dress? It takes awhile. There is also a no-​picture rule that they are very strict about. We ended up finding a potential dress, but wanted to look at a few other places before making our decision. When the bride asked for a swatch of the fabric color so she could match it to the groomsmen and decorations, the consultant informed us that they do not have swatches to give away. Therefor, the bride asked to take a picture of the swatch color. However, she was denied this due to the strict no-​picture rule — they won’t even let you take pictures of color swatches! We left and did not end up going back for the dress we found. While it was a beautiful dress, the service here was less than desired, and we did not want to have to deal with the company for the rest of the ordering and alterations process.

Went here to look for a wedding dress and had a great experience up until they hit us with the alternation bill. I would give Sue, the consultant a ⁵⁄₅ stars as she was great and extremely helpful in picking out my dress. However, DO NOT get alternations done here! They go through «a separate company» but will not disclose any information regarding pricing until everything is complete. At first they told me the alternations on my dress were $ 650 for five things that were done on a dress that was «measured and sized very accurately» according to them when I placed the order. I refused to pay that much and left without the dress until they could provide specific pricing on each alternation they performed. However, when my mom called a few days later they told her it was now $ 735. On top of that Vera the lady that does alternations was rude to my mom when she suggested an alternative bustle and was not a very pleasant person to work with in general. Moral of the story: don’t commit to alternations unless you can agree on a price or flat rate ahead of time as they will take advantage of you and charge outrageous prices

I was shocked the other day when I went to pick up my daughter’s homecoming dress and was hit with a $ 125 alteration bill. I had ordered her dress to size, based on a fitting, so I assumed the dress would already fit her when it came in. Since it was still too big, they altered it. Many dress shops we shopped at include alterations. So when I went to pick it up, I assumed the minimal alterations would have a nominal charge. $ 125 for a dress that was ordered based on my daughter’s measurements is way too excessive. I learned my lesson about trusting a business to be fair. Next time I go anywhere that does a service, I will make sure that I ask for an estimate before I ever have the work done.

Sue is extremely knowledgable about all things Bridal and Evening Wear. I have bought everything at Bri’Zan Couture from a fun sun dress to a short beaded cocktail dress to a beaded evening gown. When I was planning my wedding, I bought my wedding dress, veil, tiara, belt, and bridesmaids dresses here. I have even happily gotten a clutch and jewelry at Bri’Zan. I always walk out with something and never have had a bad experience. Everyone always treats you with personal attention, and everything is reasonably priced.

I had an AWFUL experience at this bridal store from the very first time I walked in there until the very end. I went it to try on wedding dresses and look for bridesmaid dresses and was treated so poorly. When the consultant working with me saw my budget for my wedding dress, $ 3000, she looked at me and said «that is?» Then when I ordered my bridesmaids dresses the lady doing measurements announced all the girls sizes in the front of the store for every one to hear which is very unprofessional and insulting. Then I had to call NUMEROUS times with no returned phone calls to try and schedule for my girls to get in and try on their dresses. Then even received a nasty voice mail from the owner! Absolutely disgusted! I would give less than a star if I could! Terrible way to treat customers!

First review ever and sad that it had to be a bad one. Went to bri’zan 2 months ago to look for my gown and left so disappointed, not by the selection that they have (I actually loved a gown) but by the treatment they give you. The minute I walked in I saw the owner, said good morning and did not get a reply, thinking she didn’t hear me I said it again but no response… Oookkk I was then greeted by my consultant which was somehow nicer. I did not last more than 30 min there, I couldn’t take more of that arrogant attitude of the owner who kept walking past us (my friend, her daughter, and I) like we weren’t even there. Can’t even comprehend how people can do that when they have a business. Maybe my ($ 1800) budget wasn’t good enough for her? Idk but thankfully after the bad experience I had here I found the perfect gown in another GREAT store in Naperville and walked out of there with my gown in hand the same day.

Fabulous dresses for homecoming and prom! Service is great! We purchased my daughter’s homecoming dress here. While the dress was not available in store, they measured her and ordered the dress. It was an amazing dress and my daughter was so happy that she was able to wear a dress she loved, not just one that fit.

This place is amazing!!! My mom and I were there yesterday looking for a wedding dress and i was specifically looking for Maggie sottero because her gowns are gorgeous! Lo and behold they had a huge selection of her wedding gowns and they were organized in her own section easy to find and Alisha was beyond amazing!!! She knew so much about the dresses and was incredibly helpful in finding the right one and her opinions were so so so helpful! She was truly amazing and the whole experience was just that! We ended up finding an amazing Maggie gown, and I’m beyond excited to be working with the girls at bri’zan couture throughout the process! Everyone was very nice there, and we just LOVED Alisha! I would highly highly recommend going here for wedding gown shopping! The store is beautiful as well!

First experience in purchasing my wedding dress was great. However, now that I have paid for the dress, my first fitting left much to be desired as far as attentive customer service. My dress was hung in a fitting room and I was left on my own. I wanted to try on accessories and it seemed like a huge hassle to get any help.

This place is highly recommended. I went here with my best friend, thinking she would only be «looking» for a dress. The bridal consultant Alicia was great. She listened and provided. After trying on a few dresses she narrowed it done to a few. Once the details were added and the lights were dimmed… SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!

Just went to Bri’Zan Couture to try on wedding dresses. This was the first store I walked into on the search for my dress. I was very impressed with the whole store. The dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced. Tara, the bridal consultant, was fantastic! From the second I walked in the door she gave me her undivided attention. She helped me find several gorgeous dresses. The only problem was trying to narrow it down to just one! Because it was my very first stop, I didn’t want to buy right away, but something tells me I will be going back there! :)
