I visited this store looking for something very specific. I was delighted to have a sales person help me find exactly what I wanted very quickly. I was in and out of the store in under 20 minutes! The personalized attention was a breath of fresh air!

I have mixed feelings about this store.
On the one hand, it’s one of the only places in Evanston that has an awesome selection of non-​ugly designer jeans (Paige Denim, 7 for all Mankind, Joe’s) and also a cute selection of boots. Tops are more hit/​miss, as they have tons of flowy things but not many are super flattering (on my body, at least). I did, however, buy my most favorite sweater of all time here, and for that I am grateful.
My main beef with this place is not the merchandise, which is generally pretty solid. I do not love their sales techniques. The second you walk in, they descend upon you, and while they are very friendly, it is painfully obvious that they pay all their reps on commission.
I personally do not love having someone follow me around and tell me that everything I touch is «their all-​time favorite piece in the store», or bring me things they think I’ll like (unsolicited) so that I can have an awkward conversation about why that thing I’m not going to buy is not my style.
I’ll continue going here for jeans and last-​minute sweater/​undershirt needs, and continue my life-​long search for an invisibility cloak so that I can shop in peace.
