Horrible service — called corporate and they don’t seem to care either — guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

A brand new, gorgeous location! Gleaming in bright airy whites with crystal chandeliers. I had been very begrudgingly shopping at the temporary AT, while waiting for this one to open. The new store location was worth the wait! Gorgeous! This store has one of the best petite sections in the area. I’m 5’2″ and buying properly fitting clothes can be quite difficult. They have tall women covered too, but if you are little like I am, you are in luck!
Can’t leave out AT shoes. This should be one of your go-​to stores when you need a pair of heels. They often have nicely cushioned soles. They look like they should be uncomfortable, but they’re not! I wear them for lengthy events and traipse through the city in these sexy shoes. So many countless times, women (and sometimes even men!) tell me they’re obsessed with the shoes I’m wearing. –AT is almost always the answer. :)
I just bought a pair of leather shooties at 50% off, during one of their shoe sales. I’ve worn them only twice and received SO many compliments. Only $ 75 after the sale. They are attention grabbers. Not a hooker in Naperville kind of attention. More like «Wow, where did you find those shoes?!» kind of attention.
Service has been fantastic nearly every time I’m at this location. They are helpful with sizes, opinions if you ask, friendly to my 4 yr old who is often with me and chatty without being too chatty. They make it easy to keep returning. Besides, there’s always room for more clothes and shoes.

Ann Taylors is a beautiful store in Naperville, however every time I go in, no one greets you. Why would anyone shop at this store when they don’t value you by saying hello.

What a horrible customer relations! The staff is just rude! I went there to return a defective tee I bought on line the manager was absolutely arrogant. I love the garments but whenever I want to purchase their items I drive to Wheaton where I receive the attention and consideration I deserve. Ann Taylor Naperville will not receive a dime from me ever.

Pretty basic location — the selection is maybe not as wide as at some of the other stores but they did have a pretty decently organized sale area. I wasn’t greeted when I came in right away — some of the other reviews indicate inconsistent service but someone did finally ask if I needed help after I had browsed about half the store. With the location in a very busy area of Naperville’s downtown, parking may be hard to find sometimes, so it’s not a place I will see out on purpose unless I know they have something one of the other locations I would normally go to don’t have.

I usually don’t review chain clothing stores, but my recent experience was pretty shocking. My mom and I were just on a typical stroll downtown after eating an early dinner at Francesca’s. We walked in and everything seemed fine at first. We were greeted at least… then around 8 o’clock, I noticed the store was emptying and the two associates were rushing around changing the sale signs. I asked the older one in her late 30’s/40’s if they were closing, and she ignored me. I thought the store closed at nine so I continued waiting for my mom to finish trying on her blouse, which only took a few minutes longer.
I wish it was just simple misunderstanding or maybe the lady didn’t hear me when I asked about the closing time, but when she ignored me and walked into the backroom, I heard her yell that her biggest pet peeve was when customers stay late and that we don’t care. It made me really embarrassed bc my mom and I would never want to impose on folks. When they finally walked out, my mom and I both apologized to both sales associates, but they were really indifferent and shrugged off what we had to say. They kept giggling to each other too… and while checking out my mom’s purchase, they were having a conversation between just the two of them, almost to make us feel invisible. Then suddenly, the younger associate in her 20’s just took off her blouse to change into another shirt on the floor. They even giggled and acknowledged it… my mom and I were so uncomfortable that we just avoided looking at them and hurried out. That was so strange…

Hello– Shoppers, are you going to MY Ann Taylor in downtown Naperville? Mandy is putting aside some fun styles for me to pick from, so I can look really good tomorrow for all my meetings. I call and give them my sizes and ask for them to put things together for me and they always do, they even add in jewelery that is on sale. I LOVE ANN Taylor for outfits for really working women that don’t have time, just call and ask them for help. Its like having a personal shopper and I look GREAT baby. Which I wish was my job sometimes but I sort of love that they take care of me with GREAT customer service. Thank you Mandy at Ann Taylor, I know I will continue to look like a lady yet very professional and polished.

Ladies I wouldn’t even waste my time here. I walked in on non busy Saturday and I was not even acknowledged or greeted. The sales person looked right at me and didn’t even say hello.

Excellent sales section and new merchandise, spotty personnel customer service. I also noticed that my personal appearance makes a difference in service levels, but since I’m always avoiding pushy attendants, I always dress down more when I go shopping.

Inconsistent customer service. When I’m dressed to the nines, the sales people are all over me, but when I appear in jeans, I’m lucky to get a greeting much less any help. The clothes are nothing special, and it’s not worth the time spent in this crowded shop. There are a couple worthy competitor shops nearby with more mature sales staff.
