I guess because they are closing the staff is rude. I was sad walking in anyway because I used to like the store and will miss it. But what once were friendly helpful saleswomen were cold and quiet, unless answering a question and they were snippy and even rude. I walked out mad and sorry that my last experience with Coldwater was so awful. Mind you my return was past the cut off (I hadn’t realized) but I was willing to shop anyway until I was snapped at. Goodbye Coldwater Creek.

I’ve shopped here many times and the sales staff is kind and helpful. The styles are for women in their 40’s and 50’s. Fancy business mix and matches and great combinations for jeans too. I like that the sizes are vast: 4 — 3x with petite, regular and plus sizes. I really like that many of the shirt and blazer sleeves are ¾ — great for my arms (which are petite length) but my shoulders are regular. Less items I have to have altered.
This store is not for the younger girls — this store is Gap-​like for the older girls.

This used to be the closest store for me to shop and I always found the employees a delight. I love the clothes and the wide range of sizes and if they do not have it in the store, they will find it for you and have it delivered, at no charge.
Love the frequent coupons.

When I finally hit the librarian stage of my life I may shop here, though I doubt it. The cost is not in line with the quality of product is what I hear time and again. I do want to check out their new day spa though, that sounds promising but the never have openings when I am available.
If you like apple patterened turtle necks, cutesy appliqué, and what nots, try here. It looks a lot like Lands End.

Honestly not my style. I think the clothes remind me a little bit of the older crowd. My mom really likes to shop here! Not that she has bad taste but just not the same taste in clothes that I do. They have a large selection and it’s not overpriced.

There’s nothing here I’ll buy, but I give the clothing a good review for the quality and originality. It’s not my profile, but perhaps it will be yours. Sort of older woman artsy or scholarly — maybe for an art professor. Some more conventional choices for work.

Really cool clothing here for women. Everything is really trendy here and they carry all types of clothing — from work wear to lounge wear. Its a great place to shop and the sales people are really helpful as well.
