I recently visited this urgent care facility in January, 2016. This is by far, the best urgent care facility I have ever visited. The staff is so friendly, kind, understanding, caring & knowledgeable. I never felt rushed out the door and they answered all of my questions and really took the time to «care». Outstanding care! Let’s just hope my bill isn’t outrageous!

I have used this facility twice for immediate care, both times received excellent care. The staff is friendly and caring and both doctors I dealt with were very competent. This part of the facility gets five stars.
I also regularly get my lab work done here. The only problem I have had is with the phlebotomist. Twice out of the dozen or so blood draws i have had taken, the phlebotomist had extreme difficulty finding a vein resulting in multiple sticks and then resorting to getting a supervisor who did the blood draw without problems. To be fair, I am told that I have hard veins to stick. I wish that when they realized that I was a challenge, they would get the supervisor sooner.

Update: I had more blood drawn today. The phlebotomist did a great job. Got the vein on the first try, very little pain, did not see the previous phlebotomist.

I’ve been here before and gotten a blood draw and it was fine. Staff is not super friendly, but they get you in and out quickly. I had to drop off a urine sample and get a blood draw yesterday and I’ve given a lot of blood over the past few weeks because I’m pregnant. I have easy to find veins and never bruise from giving blood. For some reason yesterday the lady at this location jabbed the needle into my arm HARD. it felt like a knife going in and I was legit bleeding after she pulled the needle out. I took the band aid off a little while later and not only did I have a significant bruise, but I had a scar because when she pulled the needle out she dragged it on my skin. It’s the next day and my arm is still sore. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location.

Staff was friendly but billing was way out of line. A standard office visit for hives was charged at $ 400. Go to Northwestern Immediate Care instead, you’ll pay less than half that. (And yes, I know Northwestern and Cadence just merged, which makes the billing here even more outrageous.
