I have been trying for nearly 6-​weeks to have Christine Amstadt advocate for me to get a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer about whether insurance coverage would apply for a procedure I am in need of. I am okay with ‘no,’ but very challenged when I cannot even get that because nothing is ever followed up with.
This office is very busy. It is seemingly interested in nothing but generating revenue. Any follow up promised does not happen.
Find another office that is more interested in being your advocate!

Was happy there for years. Changed to a female doctor who I was not as happy with and was not allowed to return to my orginal Doctor. I unfortunatly will now have to look for a new physicians group. Poor way to do business.
