I am so happy with the results of my laser hair removal treatments on my legs! Rachel took the time to educate me about the procedure and what realistic results to expect with my hair and skin type and the number of sessions I had purchased. She also thoroughly explained how to protect my skin, avoid certain medications, and to cancel if I became pregnant. She informed me of what a typical reaction to the laser could involve in terms of bumps, redness, tenderness, and swelling and when to expect those effects to diminish. Rachel clearly takes my safety and satisfaction seriously. She is very knowledgeable about the machine she uses and the settings that are safe and effective for my skin and hair type. Laser hair removal can hurt a bit, but Rachel does an amazing job adding cold air, ice, ultrasound gel, and applying pressure to ensure my comfort. Not only that, but just chatting with her while she takes my mind off the procedure helps so much! She is always carefully and thoroughly examining each area as she goes along and she works so fast, maximizing every minute of my appointment. I’m so glad that I had this done and will be going back to her in the future for vein treatments.

If you are looking for real results, and a Dr. that cares about the outcome and care for his patients, look somewhere else!!!
I had the Legacy treatment, invested significant $$… legs actually got worse with the pockets of cellulite! Laser Lipo– temporary improvement only. Botox– not only does Marianne not know how to inject properly (area above eyebrows uneven!!), they must dilute it-​results were short term!
Very unprofessional front office manager! However, Peggy is a bright star around that office!
More than all this… Dr. Frahm seemed very much interested in my case, while he was trying to upsell me more Legacy packages and weight loss products, and bullying me into doing a testimonial for his new website. However, as soon as there was an issue, and I asked to speak with him, he ignored me. I emailed him (3) times, and left at least (3) messages. Even if he did not want to honor my request for a refund, he could have had the human decency to have a CONVERSATION with me. This man made it crystal clear that he only cares about MONEY, and not the well being of a patient, who has been on an emotional journey!
In life and business, things are going to happen and issues are going to come up… that’s normal. But it’s how you react and recover, from these things that define you as a company. Because of Dr. Frahm’s lack of care and concern to even speak with me, in my opinion, his «business» is a cold– hearted and careless place.

Rachael severely scared the right wing of my nose during the spider vein touch up. She was running behind and was in a hurry. I don’t even know how to fix it now.

I was nervous about buying a Groupon for spider vein therapy, as it was VERY affordable. But the original reviews I read were great, so I took the $ 225 leap for four 30-​minute sessions. It was definitely hard to get the appointment, and I think the problem is that they sold too many Groupons. But they were very accommodating when I had to cancel the first one, and rescheduled me as soon as they could (1 MONTH later). When I got there, the place was very nice and clean, and no one treated me as a discount customer. They were great. Even better was my esthetician, Rachael. She was amazing. She has lots of years of experience, and she does a few things to take your mind off of the pain — she talks to you constantly, she puts pressure on the areas she’s working on (takes away a lot of the sting), and she is in constant motion (ie she doesn’t stay concentrated in one area — easier to tolerate). She also uses every second of your session. She nails as many veins as she possibly can. Simply put, Rachael is awesome at her job. The Groupon was successful. I will be returning yearly to get rid of new spider veins! Great place to go (if you’re not in a huge hurry for treatment:)

This place needs to learn a thing or two about customer service!!! Bought a package through groupon for my husband for 6 laser hair removals. When he called to schedule his first appointment he said the girl was very rude and snotty. Then the day before his appointment they called him to reschedule. Which he did (not happy about it) and rescheduled his appointment for three weeks from then which was the soonest they could get him in. Then low and behold the day before that appointment they once again called him to cancel his appointment stating they weren’t able to reschedule at that time and someone would call him to do so. WE NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE!!! I have since received a refund from groupon and we’ll be taking our business somewhere else.

I got the Groupon deal for the laser hair removal last year and I started my treatment with Rachel. She is very professional and passion at what she is doing !! She wants to make sure that you are happy with the experience and the results!
HOWEVER I have been almost 3 months can’t get an appointment… Every time we agree on a date, the receptionist contacted me in a very rude way to let me know my appointment is cancelled because something wrong with the laser machine. Well I am paying all this money for the laser machine so if you keep doing maintenance almost every time i have an appointment so WHY i am still consider it !!
Regarding the results. i felt a big difference after the third treatment «bikini area and under arms» BUT from the 3^rd treatment till the 5^th i couldn’t feel any improvement and I think at the time their machine was not good enough and they recognized later.
If Rachel will work for some place else i will definitely go because she is really perfect! but i think the tools are not helping her !!

Rachel is the best when it comes to laser hair removal! She is very personable and goes the extra mile to make you happy and comfortable. She has lots of experience and lots of knowledge. The facility is also nice, clean and spacious. The receptionists are very polite. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment here!

Great services all around including massage, chiropractic, laser hair removal, weight loss/​fat reducer machine. No complaints, have been going here for over a year, at least weekly.
