Fox Valley Imaging Center

My family has used this company several times starting in 2014. They are always professional, friendly, and get us right in. Plus it easy to walk into the building, no giant parking decks an half mile walks. Saves time. They took our insurance and we noticed the price they charge is less than when we used the hospital. We had also used an Open MRI place before too. Not again now that we have seen the difference in Image quality. Open = Bad and fuzzy vs. 3T High Field = Incredible detail. Great service and solid company. I think they have been in Naperville for ever since we have lived in the area which is about 25 years now. If we have a need we will go back. We appreciate the great service. Thanks!

I «rolled» in with a badly sprained foot late in the day last week. They were pretty much already closed but they greeted me with a smile anyway and brought me in to have my foot xrayed. I was assured it wasn’t broken, and even given a disc if I’d like it checked by another physician later. They wrapped up my foot and gave me a brace. The nicest thing was that even with the outside doors locked, they weren’t rushing to push me out the door and treated me with kindness and respect. I’m really impressed with this office and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had several MRI’s, scans and bone density scans over the years done at Fox Valley Imaging. The people that work there are friendly, courteous and efficient. I can always get in quickly when it is necessary and I never have waited more then a few minutes to be taken back for my testing. My doctors always receive the results in a prompt fashion and they will give me copies if I ask for them. This facility is so much faster then going to a hospital. All there equipment is the top of the line available. I would highly recommend Fox Valley Imaging.

I am writing this from the standpoint of a previous patient AND as a physician that previously used this facility for my patients. I recently relocated my practice to Chicago, and I now realize how fortunate I was to have that facility nearby. When I had MRI performed in my foot and brain, the staff was very professional and made every effort to make me comfortable and fearless. The staff was extremely accommodating when booking my patients, even on short notice. The technicians were knowledgable and compassionate. The radiologist would personally call me if he had any immediate concerns or felt that additional images/​methods would be appropriate. The owner Dan was very ethical and caring, and he literally went above and beyond to assure that everything ran seamlessly regarding patient care. The facility is beautiful and houses the newest technology for highest quality imaging. When attempting to book my patients for imaging near my new office, I realize I took for granted the quality and personal customer service of Fox Valley Imaging.

Extrermely unprofessional. I have a herniated disc in my back. The person whom did my scans proceeded to tell me exactly what was read on them. Which is not considered a «wet scan», but a full definition of what he read.
Furthermore, he also decided that my referring doctor was «not good enough» in his standards and thought he should tell me that my problem required a different specialist. This resulting in the scan technician referring me to a neurosurgeon. Who told me that surgery was my only option. Also, that I could lose all bladder and bowel control if I didn’t do surgery.
While I was filling out paperwork in the «neurosurgeons» office, I saw the «doctor» and the scan technician whom I was referred by, communicating.
It was a completely shady situation. They are scamming people.
My actual Ortho Spine Surgeon, whom I saw less than 24hours after all of this, assured me that Fox Valley Imaging and Ghaly were unethical in their proceedings.
I do not need surgery nor are any of my nerves in jeopardy. I will never refer anyone to these places and plan to seek further consult on this situation.
I rate zero stars, not 1 star by the way.
