Amazing experience and wonderful place to eat! I loved how many options of ice cream flavors they had! Chocolate Peanut Butter is now my new favorite! The staff was super friendly and helpful even though they seemed a little busy (we went in around the lunch rush oops) but they handled it with smiles on their faces. Great service here! Would definitely recommend! I had to knock off a star because this place is very pricy! So definitely be prepared to drop a decent amount of money.

DELiCiOUS! I’m luving all the pie ice creams. Apple, Cherry & Blueberry. The waffle cones at this location are crunchy & fresh. They are a bit pricy but yummi! They due tend to add more to your order with out telling you though, so beware! Ex: dipped waffle cone, I think even a waffle cone.

What’s there to mess up here? The boys that work here are super sweet, and interactive! I lovvvve the milk here, duh! And smoothies are amazing, ice cream is killer, your pretty much not making good choices in life if you go anywhere else for milk or ice cream. Dairy Queen should be illegal. Great job guys!

What drives me nuts about this place is the relentless up selling. They even charge you for a frequent customer card! I asked for a pistachio ice cream cone that was advertised on the drive thru board and they said it cost more than the regular flavors because it is a special flavor (but no mention of that on the drive thru board). Ice cream is good except the chocolate is weak.

I am very happy I stopped in to this place at a whim. They sell more than ice cream! I had no idea! They have a refrigerator section with all of the oberweis dairy products, like half and half and sour cream. This is wonderful! I think that the stuff here is some of the best in the area, in terms of quality, but most of the grocery stores don’t carry it.
This is not to mention how DELICIOUS the ice cream is. I got a quart to go, but in the future, we’ll be back for a sundae or a cone :)

My mother’s favorite, so naturally my husband and I needed to try it while we were in the area for a wedding. The road construction made it slightly challenging to get into, but we are glad we didn’t give up. 27 ice cream flavors to choose from including sundaes, shakes and malts, smoothies, «frostbites» and coffee drinks. They offer fresh-​baked waffle cones and bowls and have a lovely inside seating area. We stepped up to the counter to place our order and decided, after sampling several different flavors, that we each wanted our top two choices in the same bowl. I opted for a scoop of coffee and a second scoop of espresso caramel chip, while my husband went for a scoop of black cherry and another of butter pecan. We sat down at a nearby table and waited for them to dish up our goodies. A delightful employee brought it to our table and also offered a sample of pink lemonade, which was delicious! The beautiful glass bowls that held our ice cream reminded me of the 1950s perhaps that is the thing they are going for as 1950s era music played throughout on the speakers. Out of the four ice creams we sampled, all were delicious, although my husband said the butter pecan was somewhat bland. I love the whole concept of this place. After reading a bit of their history, I like them even more. They are still delivering milk to customers in glass bottles! How cool is that? We will be back.

This place was amazing because of their service late at night for our large group. And as always, their ice cream was delicious. Oberweis ice cream is rich and flavorful!

One of the best tasting ice cream I’ve ever had. I visit here often and each time I’ve had a great experience! The servings are huge, but you can never get enough ice cream right? Haha. Their shakes are also a delight and customer service is awesome! You can’t go wrong with this place! I highly recommend! Enjoy! :)

The BEST ice cream ANYWHERE! Suuuuuch a creamy texture unlike ANYTHING you have ever had!!! I could talk all day about the black cherry ice cream!!! The coconut one is amazing too!!! I have also tried their peanut butter and strawberry. Each and every flavor is fantastic. If you have never had this ice cream, you MUST!

Some of creamiest ice cream ever. The pumpkin (seasonal) is some of the best. I wish more coupons and specials were offered though. It can get a bit expensive for a whole family.

Had hot fudge Sunday via drive thru. Convenient and fast. Tasted nice too. Probably a dollar too expensive.
I tried browny Sunday. Taste of white ice cream is unbeatable. Regular looked to be similar to large size so avoid having large portion.

Can never go wrong with Oberweis. I take my nephews here once every month and it is the highlight of their month. Their parents don’t let them eat ice cream so when they are with me it is a treat. I let them get the biggest ice cream possible and the staff there knows us and gives us extra and plays into the fact that this is a big splurge. I really like their chocolate milk and regular milk as well I really wish it was cheaper and I would only buy it from there.

This ice cream was so good! I had a hot fudge sundae with cookies and cream ice cream and hot fudge and my kids had kids scoops of chocolate ice cream. The ice cream was creamy and smooth, and so delicious! I can’t believe they have a drive thru. That’s so strange to me coming from California. It’s also problematic as now I know how accessible and easy it is to get ice cream around here! Jk.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this joint yet. Oberweis is a great ice cream parlor. They have quite a few ice cream flavored to choose from and they all taste phenomenal. I usually get regular chocolate (they have dark chocolate as well). The chocolate is perfectly sweet and creamy, not too sweet. I’ve also tried Dulce de leche, butter pecan, and strawberry which are all awesome. The milkshakes are wonderful. So, the issues that prevent a 5 star rating… I have to be honest here. Everytime we’ve opted to eat our ice cream in the store, at least one of us gets a dirty dish or spoon. One time I got like 2 or 3 dirty spoons. I don’t know what the problem is, but it definitely turns me off. The second issue is that their kids shakes are made super thick, so my kids can never suck it up through the straw… I always try it and I have to suck until my inner cheeks are almost touching each other. We only have this problem with the kids shakes, the regular shakes are always perfect. We started requesting thinned out kids shakes and it works out a little better. Anyway, I still give them 4 stars and I’m a frequent flyer.

Oberweis is AWESOME no matter the location… but this is one is rather small.
Stopped in on a Sat evening after hockey practice and there was not much space left to sit.
The little guy was really disappointed that there were only 2 chess tables… but the ice cream is OUTSTANDING!!! Service is great, love how they bring the cones out to you.

I love Oberweis Icecream! It is always creamy and delicious made with the highest quality. This place is always efficient and I like the chess and checkers at the tables. I wouldn’t suggest this place to go all the time, since the price can be pretty steep.
My favorite flavor is the coffee. Yum!

Oberweis has cornered the market on vanilla ice cream. My god. This stuff is heaven. The first time I ate it, I started laughing. My husband asked, «Why are you laughing?» I said, «It’s impossibly delicious. How can vanilla ice cream be THIS good?!»
I’m totally one of those people who orders toppings on ice cream, or gets a twist cone at the VERY least. But not here… you can’t ruin the perfection of the vanilla ice cream with garbage like that.
So why did I knock a star off? This particular location is slow slow slow. Do NOT go through the drive through, you’ll wait forever! I waited in the same spot for 15 minutes, literally, and finally just went inside. I still waited about 5 minutes to order, and then 10 more minutes to receive two vanilla shakes. This wait time seems to be the standard, too, so buckle down and prepare to wait! They have board games in the place not only for your enjoyment, but probably to help tide you over through the ridiculous wait.
Oh and get ready to shell out serious bucks for this place too. A vanilla shake will run you $ 5. Maybe I’m old-​fashioned, but I think that’s pretty steep. It’s still worth it though, trust me.

Been coming here since they opened at this location. The staff seems a little too young at times, but they all work hard and are as pleasant as they can be. The quality of the ice cream is unsurpassed, when it comes to butterfat and flavor contents.
Definitely a fun place to bring kids, or to play checkers on a table with a family member/​date. Great flavor selection and fountain treats menu.
I wish they’d bring the peach cobbler back, oh how I miss it! MMM.

I’m new to these parts.
My favorite ice cream is from a drug store and anyone from the west coast knows what I’m talking about. Thrifty ice cream, yes please.
Here’s my take on this place: LOVE the fact that they have chocolate with THICK peanut butter swirl ice cream. Love that it was delicious. Enjoyed every bite.
But I didn’t love the price. We bought one single scoop in a cup and one single scoop in a dipped cone and the total was over $ 8. SPICY!
I’ll bring tourists back, but I think I’ll stick with the cheaper and equally delicious chocolate with thick peanut butter swirl ice cream from Baskin Robbins about a block down the road.
