Game Time Repair

My friend recommended this place and I gave my laptop for fixing my broken LCD screen. Laptop was working fine until the second LCD was broken. It was not dropped on the floor. My son closed the laptop with some force.
After 2 weeks, I went there to get the laptop. He said they did not yet receive the parts.
After a week, I got an unclear voice mail to talk about my laptop. I went there again. He said he left lot of calls and voice mails to me. But I got only one.
This time, he said the Hard Drive was broken and should be replaced. I got suspicious and got my laptop back with my original hard drive.
Service is very bad. They did not give any reasonable explanation why they kept my laptop for 3 weeks for a simple LCD screen replacement and say that Hard Drive also broken at the very last day.
I never ever go here again and never recommend to anyone.!! I am concerned that if my hard drive private data has been compromised.
