I make a monthly trip to H Mart to stock up on Korean make-​up and Asian food. These trips always make me hungry. Luckily H Mart has a food court inside. The food court is similar to the kind you would find in any mall but all the places are Asian.
Last night, my son and I ate at Han Ma Um Snack. I don’t pretend to be a Korean food expert. The meal I ordered was chew rice cake, eggs, and onions in a savory, mildly spicy tomato sauce. It also came with a Korean sushi roll. The kind that has crabmeat, eggs, and radish in it. (not sure what they are called) My son is a plain eater… very plain. He had a bowl of steamed noodles. We were both happy.
