I moved to the Midwest 2 years ago and had been using the same wax lady my whole life and I was terrified to try someone new. I bought Naomi’s groupon just to try it out and see how I felt about it. She is AWESOME– I have never gone to anyone else for the last 2 years! She absolutely makes you feel comfortable all while being professional. She is hilarious and honestly, she really works with her clients schedules. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Scheduled an appointment for my husband to get a massage there today. Confirmed the appointment via text message. He waited 40 minutes before someone came out to tell him that all the massage therapists had gone home for the day!!! Again, the appointment had been confirmed earlier today. By that time it was too late for him to get an appointment elsewhere. This was an issue since he had pulled a back muscle and was in need of a massage asap! With so many amazing massage places in Naperville I would stay clear of this place… unless you want to wait for a massage that may not actually happen.
